Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I barley was able to hobble into the emergency room and instead of giving me a wheel chair they made me stand on one leg and talk to them about my problem they then made me hop to the nearest room. Also before the doctor entered the room I heard him talking down about me and my sprained ankle. Horrible hospital don't go unless you want to die!

The Staff at Sartori Emergency room have no integrity. They are rude and disregard legitimate issues. They treated my daughter horrible. We had to take her to another hospital for appropriate tests and care. Even though we explained to them what was wrong. They completely disregarded us and her care.

Most of the staff are very friendly and caring. Ive been to the er multiple times as well as getting regular blood draws at the lab and have always had fabulous service!

Absolutely awful. My son had blood drawn and there was someone's urine sample was sitting In the same room. the person's name on it was clearly noticable and big violation to that person's privacy. Who the hell wants to get blood drawn next to a cup of urine? I've been to Allen many times and have never seen a problem like this

We were over billed twice and when we inquired about the discrepancy between what we were told we would owe and what we were billed we were told we had to pay what the bill showed. We ended up paying over $1900 after they told us that they would turn it over to a collection agency if we did not pay. Our insurance says we should have paid only $800. Months later and many phone calls to insurance and the billing department and we are getting no where. The insurance has paid their share, but there is always a different excuse why they are not refunding our money. We have never had this problem with medical billing anywhere else.
