Scott & White Hospital-Round Rock

This is a hospital tries to maximize their profit every possible way. You will be amazed if you look carefully what they claim to your insurance. And, they will still overcharges you for sure. Their billing system or software seems to be designed that way. The kicker is they know their system has an error. I've been trying to get my money back for the overcharged portion for months. I saw many people are in the same situation. Maybe I need an attorney to handle the billing dispute as well as medical malpractice I experienced. Please, stay away from this hospital.

Baylor Scott & White has an exceptional rehab facility. I have had treatment with two of the physical therapists there and both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to my particular issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy, they are top notch!

Everyone is awesome and really knows their stuff. When I started rehab my knee hurt all the time, now it no longer hurts as bad. Everyone like Rachel Green shares their expertise and compassion at every visit. I'm getting stronger every day. GO REHAB!

Lauren Daughtry at Baylor Scott and White is phenomenal. She is exceptionally well trained and qualified to evaluate a person’s therapy needs and leverages her expertise to ensure each patient receives the care they need. I can personally feel the improvements with each session and have regained significant strength and stability. I highly recommend Lauren and BSW for your physical therapy needs!

The staff was very warm and welcoming from day one. They also took time to listen to what my goals were. They slowly helped me to get back doing the things I love. Great Work Team.!
