The doctors and nurses on my visit were great. The only complaint I have is the condition and cleanliness of the ER department. There was trash from previous patient visits on the floors and the restroom was dirty! In a facility where germs should be of high concern, it would have been reassuring to see some evidence of housecleaning coming through on regular sweeps and keeping up. Maybe my bill will show a deduction for lack of sanitary conditions?!?

Words do not express how wonderful my experience in ER was. I came due to terrible and mysterious pain. Everyone worked to make me as comfortable as possible, and monitored and tested the possibilities. Eventually the pain struck and the staff administered medication to help alleviate the pain, which it did. I could not have been in a better place to be helped. Many thanks to everyone there, they are the best.

I came into the ER unconscious. When I came to, the doctors and nurses kept drilling me, asking me what drugs I took, because my heart rate was 191 and my temp was 105°. I continuously told them I had only taken the Percocet which I am prescribed. They kept saying, "Come on...you can tell us. We won't tell the police." Anyway, after being treated like I was a drug addict seeking drugs, I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis and sepsis, which explained my heart rate and temp. I don't care IF there is an "opiate epidemic," I don't do illegal drugs and I resent being treated like I do.

I was admitted to the hospital and was there for a week. The hospital staff were all very nice and pretty much professional, although I think, overall, they do things very slowly.

Will never go here to their ER again! The worst experience EVER. Did not even do the tests they should have. My primary doctor had to order them. She was not happy with their comments at all! I am very unhappy and am awaiting a call from patient revelations. My primary physician is part of this medical group and cannot believe what they did.
