As a patient on dialysis I have had to go there several times. I will use the last time as my example of how I’ve been treated. I went there after going to my prilanyry care who notified the ER I was coming. I was in terrible pain and got there a little after 9am. They did a CT scan at 11 am. There was a procedure that was needing to be done by the folks who handled dialysis. They didn’t get me into that room until 7pm. This is not the first time I’ve been there all day. This time I was there until after 1am (again not the first time this has happened). When they sent me to a hospital in Richmond (thank God).

Horrible Cardiac staff. Literally left AMA after waiting hours for information after being admitted. They didn’t care that I left. One PA, Hall I believe is his last name, treated me with such disdain and disrespect that it left me speechless. The ER staff was phenomenal however.

Went for a doctor visit and doctors realized I was having heart problems and got me to the E.R. immediately. The doctors and E.R. team were great. I was put into I.C.U. because of my heart issues and everyone worked so hard as a team to get my heart regulated. I thank everyone who helped with my care in every department. Nice people and great dedication. I couldn't ask for more. Wouldn't go to any other place for treatment or advice. Thanks for getting me better! DONNA PIRCER
