Five stars + for me. This morning I was brought to the ER and admitted. From the moment they wheeled me in, I’ve received the best care in a hospital in all my 49 years. ER doc had an excellent bedside manner. The nurses have been so compassionate. Immediate assistance when pushing the call light. I really wish I had an appetite and could enjoy the hospital food. Great presentation and aroma. I’ve also appreciated the cleanliness of my room. Nurses Faith and Shawn have made a trauma visit much less painful and my family and I thank them for their care and compassion.

Great care but I hope to never be back. I was admitted to the hospital after being struck by a pickup while riding my bicycle. I ended up spending 16 days in the hospital, I had a total of 8 fractures including a vertebrae, two in my pelvis and four ribs. When I was admitted I had heavy internal bleeding the surgeon was able to stop. I was first in ICU on a ventilator for a collapsed lung and then I spent another 10 days on the fourth floor which is mainly spine care. In the time there was only one member of the staff that we had an issue with, it was a nurse assistant who was not compassionate of my level of pain. All of the other staff was amazing, I had one nurse hold my hand and smooth my hair when I was in pain. Another took time to distract me by chatting because she couldn't give me medicine yet. Every nurse or doctor told me (or my husband when I was heavily sedated in ICU) why they were administering something. My husband stayed every night and the staff brought him a sleep mask, they would bring him water with mine and treated him with great care as well. The staff from the janitorial to the doctors were all very great. The janitorial staff would even ask each day if I was okay with them tidying up or would like them to come back. The hospital helped a very horrible situation be slightly easier.

Brought our 6 year old in for high fever to emergency room... staff was very helpful and within a few minutes of checking in nurse was evaluating our child. The entire experience with facility and staff could not have been any better. Thank you! And keep up the good work!

Avoid Dr Zimmerman. My daughter went there today and was asked “what made her come In today of all days” (it’s Labor Day). It doesn’t matter when anyone decides to see a doctor. That is what they are there for. If a physician is inconvenienced by the timing of a visit... then maybe they need to re-evaluate their career choice. I plan to take this further.
