My daughter was in this hospital and she said in ICU they took care of her and were great but once into recovery she was neglected. Setons website offers for loved ones of patients to send free cards that will be directly delivered to the patients room so we sent several and she never received any of them. She asked every one she could about them and no one knew anything. Why offer this neat service and have people thinking that their messages are being delivered when they are not. I even called the hospital to make sure they where going to the right place and they were so not sure whats going on?

Very clean, Great staff. You can't go wrong there. No one wants to be at the hospital to begin with. But this place makes it more at ease 🤗

I had a recent visit at this hospital for a really bad headache and nauseous I was shaking. I had a car accident about a month ago and went right after my accident due to a concussion. The same doctor I saw for my concussion I saw for my bad headache. First of all EMS gave me benadryl for my headache???? Which that didn't go away, so at the hospital they gave me a painkiller which they never stated what kind of painkiller it was. Ok that work. I was feeling better but the nurse was rude and had us waiting there for 2 hours. We got the nurse attention and stated that we were waiting she said " okay hold on I got other things to do first then I will get to you." ok I understand there is other patients but she could've worded that different. THEN the doc comes in and I ask him if he could do an MRI or cat scan he says " No that will not determine if you have something going on in your head, but follow up with your PCP so he can order an MRI." ummmm OKAYYYYYYY doctor smh! How the heck does he know if I don't have something serious inside my head going on that are causing these headaches. I use to love this hospital! they really disappointed me

As a healthcare worker that comes from an incredibly hostile environment, it certainly warms my heart to be in the care of Seton WilCo staff. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff don't look as though they've been told....AGAIN....that they're easily replaced and ,"...you don't have a friend in the building." I would love to work in this environment. Patients truly are the priority in this facility. The staff here is pushed to the limits, as are all hospitals staffs across this country, but they do not let that show. They answer questions promptly and correctly. I knew I was in good hands.
