WOULD GIVE 6 STARS! Vacationing in Coronado from Arizona. Took our kids to the beach when it was about 68 degrees outside (which are winter temps to us.) Wife and I froze but kids had a blast. Our 5 year old came down with a bad cough. Drove around for hours the next morning looking for an urgent care that would see him. NO ONE would. Our only shot was the ER. My wife called Sharp and the nurse who answered was extremely helpful, courteous and understanding. Told us to "bring him on in." Landed the suburban out front for the complimentary valet parking and walked into the ER. Less than an hour later we had chest x-rays to rule our pneumonia, the doctor (who was a super nice guy) diagnosed mild bronchitis, put prescriptions in our hands and sent us on our way. I was blown away. Everyone there was professional and took very good care of our son. Made him feel comfortable through the whole process. I can't say enough about the staff from the door to the doc. Thank you for taking care of our little guy. We'll be hitting the waves again soon. Only this time we'll wait for some sunshine and temps above 70!
Very rude RN named Heather cut patient's family off when they tried answering a question. If the past medical history is vital, why be so rough with people that are trying to help their family for a procedure by trying to answer a question?
I can't say enough good things about my e.r. visit here. I was taken in by the paramedics, was immediately seen & accessed. Everyone from the nurse, Kyle, to Dr. D'agostino gave me the best of care. I have extremely high praise for Breanna, the Respiratory Therapist. She helped me to understand my condition & gave me exercises & tips to use at home. This will always be my first choice for an e.r. visit.
WOULD GIVE 6 STARS! Vacationing in Coronado from Arizona. I woke up with dizziness and sick to my stomach. Went to the ER with high BP and had a serious bout of vertigo. ER ran test fast, and medication was given to relieve symptoms of nausea associated with vertigo. I was up and ready in no time, to continue our 20th anniversary vacation. Thank you to the doctor and all the support staff.
Came here on October 29, 2017, after I had sprained my ankle during my morning walk. My right ankle could barely fit into my shoe, and as soon as I came here, the receptionist sent me to the emergency room. From there, three nurses examined my foot, patched it up with an ice pack, and after waiting for thirty minutes, I was relieved once they told me that it was just a bruise. Soon, they removed the pack from my foot and wrapped it in a bandage. Then, they gave me a special shoe which helped me walk normally.
Thank you, Sharp, for your courteous service.
