A nurse named Lorie really took the time to make sure i felt better and was comfortable. She is very professional and answered any questions i had! I appreciate her!💓

I was treated very kindly by all staff. The nurses: Diane and Donna the secretary, and the med tech... i didnt catch her name, and the Dr were all very nice and prompt. I was very uncomfortable however... because I was going in for back pain which is what alot of drug seekers go to the ER for. I'm a retired RN. One thing im not is a drugseeker. The Dr was very excellent on educating me. Nobody else ever had educated me on what was happening with my back. He believes me, but what I thought was weird was that he gave me pain meds to take at bedtime right after I just told him I sleep fine. It's activity that hurts. That is the only time I don't have pain.... At bedtime! except to roll over in the night. I did tell him that but he said to take them before bed anyway. I'm kind of confused but i will use my own judgement on that. If I don't need them before bed I will take them when I do need them. Other than that the visit was great. Got in and out fast and so glad he gave me steroids because I think they will help more than the pain meds. Nobody wants to.give out pain meds now, which I totally understand with the opiod crisis. Overall it was a very nice fast and easy visit.

I truly love this hospital, I've only in all my years of emergency visits encountered one rude, I'll mannered nurse this was years ago however. But in all honesty this is great people, whom treat you like a human, who know humans mess up, and they never JUDGE. This hospital is uber clean, and always has warm blankets. They also don't hand out Staphylococcus like candy like Salem hospital does. Also unlike Salem hospital they clean the rooms and wash there hands. Take note Salem hospital, it's the simple things that keep patients alive and well. 😁😁😉
