Simi Valley Hospital & Health Care Services

every time I have visited this hospital it has been through the ER. I could not be more pleased with my experiences here. Not only were my needs met very timely, but everyone has always been very nice, very supportive with excellent bedside manner. I no longer live in simi, but it's worth the drive for me, as I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am a medical professional of 20 years and I am very impressed with this hospital, in every aspect.

Granted I went in very early (4am-ish), there was darn near no wait even though I would say I was p low priority on the triage list. I has intense and debilitating pain in my leg and they were p quick to pull in a sonogram to check for anything really serious. Finding nothing they sent in a nurse who has some experience with what I was having trouble with to talk about what could be the issue and ways to prevent it in the future. He was very helpful and answered all of the follow up questions I had and gave me his card. 10/10.

ER staff and GI staff were very kind. The GI staff, Betty and Nancy were exceptionally helpful. Dr. Soloman explained the procedure very thoroughly. Betty was also very thorough and answered all my questions without hesitation.

I received really incredible care during my last stay at this hospital. It's nothing like the experiences I've had in the past. The renovation is apparent not only in the appearance, but the morale of the staff. Only stayed in the ER for about 5 hours, then transferred to Los Robles based on the injury. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Most pleasant experience I've ever had at a hospital. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful. Can't say that I'd want to come back - but if I had to be admitted into a hospital, this would be the place!
