Went to the clinic. Service was decent, nothing to complain about. Doctor was nice, ran some tests for my wife. All in all, was a nice visit. Until we got the bill for nearly $1000. I went in and spoke with Sue about financial assistance because my wife and I are low income. Our only option is a payment plan. Thanks for telling us that before we owed all this money. Do not, I repeat, do not go here if you are low income. Plenty of other options in the area that offer financial assistance AND payment plans. Hopes this helps someone. 🙂

Had a chance to try out the ER department. Dr. Wright was great and the whole staff was attentive and professional.

I would not recommend this place to anyone ive been having abdominal issues for a year now and everytime i go in to try and get help the just shut me down. I try telling my symptoms they either interrupt before i can finish say youre to young for that and most recently i was finally sent to another area i thought would help and that Doctor was a complete ***hat I was taken to the room with the nurse she hadnt even taken my vitals yet she was still aski g me questions on my background when he just comes barging in sits down pokes my stomach for a minute says he looked at my chart and it said that ultrasound and CT came back clear which made no sense because the CT machine was broken when i was supposed to get a scan and when i pointed that out to him he just goes "oh. Well its near the surface its just the abdominal wall youre fine and since youre a bit overweight its probably heartburn here's a prescription for it. Might work might not." And leaves.so so much gping someplace that might actually listen to me. Nope 1000% do not advise anyone to go here since it seems that they dont even fully read your chart which could end up causing a major disaster. I am getting a second opinion from someone whi will actually listen and care.

I'd give zero stars if it'd allow me to. Our nightmare of an experience with one of your physicians on Friday, December 21st will NOT be swept under the rug. I will do everything legally possible to see to it your employee will not be able to do to any other family what he did to us. Horrible, ego-driven behavior, abuse of power - I still can't believe what we went through. Shame on every single person who stood by and did NOTHING and, even worse, those who actually participated in the situation and seemed to enjoy abusing their authority.
