I really was hoping that Bronson had done some changes but nothing really has.
To be fair time of arrival to service was fine.
I observed only one person wash their hands after entering the room or leaving and they where from the lab. As for the P.A. well I won't discuss that in here but would be willing to by phone or in person.
My daughter left there the same way she came, in extreme pain and no answers. After several hours at home she returned to hospital but chose to drive to Kalamazoo this time thank God because they did a great job and she left with answers and a plan of action.
Worst experience everytime I go there. Went in to get checked out because I know I have an infection, never urine sampled, didnt throat swap nothing. Was in and out after like 10 mins. This place is a joke. Do not recommend coming here!! I'm 4 months pregnant and they told me they couldn't do anything for me unless it was ongoing over 2 weeks, which it was. Yep, just wanted my damn money. Wouldn't even consider giving this place 1 star.
Took my wife to the emergency room to be examined for pain in her leg. When the dr finally came in and started the exam I was totally excluded and ignored by the dr. Paid no mind to my questions or comments. Then a little while later exray tech comes in to take her down for exrays as I was trying to go with I got his back in my face and told they would be back in about 10 mins. I am very angered by this. Very disrespectful staff.
Went in due to side and chest pain and not able to sleep for two days, tell the doctor and nurses all this and my pain level is a 7-8 I even tell them I can't play down FIRST thing they do is push on my and hit on me then the nurse blows out two veins.. after that I sit there waiting for 6 hours waiting for a ultra sound in which they force me to lay down.. they offer me pain meds then I never see them and when it is all said and done they say it is just gastritis and I get no meds and they don't even try to treat the fever I have.
My personal experience overall leaves much to be desired. Specifically regarding my adult son and his controlled medication (which he has been taking since childhood and has been incredibly stable on). He is made to feel like a drug addict every single time he calls in for his refill. Now he has to go in for an appointment in order to get his monthly prescription, submit to unnecessary drug and blood testing, and go see a psychologist for confirmation of diagnosis. Did I mention that his condition is stable? He works out of state and can't make it to all of these appointments, so they hold his medication hostage from him. He has been given the run around so much this year that he is finally (mercifully!) transferring his care. We absolutely want nothing to do with BSH services ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
