My in general experience at this hospital hasn’t been horrible. Yet the hospital needs a lot of work. Seems like there is a 50/50 chance of getting good or terrible care. Family members have had great and horrible experience. I hope that this hospital expands to better hospitality and care in the future.

The drs r rude and not compassionate unconcerned and unprofessional not even sure if they even know wat they are doing the lab person most definitely don’t kno wat they are doing leaving a bruise so big on my arm for weeks!! They don’t listen to your issues they don’t care bout nothing but money so if you know wats best I’ll go else where if it’s not life and death and even then I’ll recommend yu get airlifted but Southwest is terrible

Today unfortunately I needed to go to the ER however, it was a very pleasant experience (however pleasant a visit to the er can be) from the time I walked in, until the time I was discharged. The lady at the check in desk, the ladies in the triage unit, the lady that took care of my insurance, the X-ray lady, the respiratory lady, and especially my nurse which I'm embarrassed to admit that I can not recall her name but, she goes to her parents home in Louisiana on her days off to help with them. she was a God send and an excellent professional. She was very caring and genuinely concerned about me as were all the staff I came in contact with. Dr. Scott Johnson was a complete gentleman, spent time with me as one would hope for, and an excellent compassionate provider. Thank You!!!

The doctor doesnt know what he is doing and all he doing is sitting doctor not caring for the patient.
