Southwestern Medical Center

Without a doubt the most exceptional service, quality and care I've ever experienced from any medical facility. The doctors and staff here are extremely competent and very thorough. Can't say enough about them. We are very fortunate to have them.

Long story short I do not recommend this hospital because I was told by the doctor that he didn’t consider my reason for visiting an emergency and the only thing he could do for me was recommend me to another doctor. Also I don’t have a name to give because he walked in and didn’t bother to introduce himself. We waited for over 2 hours just to be told that he didn’t feel like doing his job! But he still tried to prescribe me a medication for a Issue he wasn’t even sure I had. Completely unprofessional. A complete waste of my time, and I will not be returning.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at southwestern. I took my 3 year old autistic child to the emergency room because he was having pains in his hand and the nurses talked about us behind his back when he was having a break down because of the noises and people. They treated us like we were terrible the nurse even hand me the syringe with medication and walked out. Absolutely the worst experience here I use to love this hospital. it’s a shame for the nurse to give dirty looks to a mom who just wants her baby to not be in pain.

Southwestern has went above and beyond by taking care of my family members. My mom had a lot of medical issues and took my mother to Southwestern each time and was given quality and exceptional care! Great Staff! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is in need! Thank you!

My family always receives the best care at Southwestern Medical Center. My uncle had surgery on Tuesday. He had nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility. Thank you for all you do!
