Melissa , Kat , Levy , and Heather !!!!! As I have had to visit outpatient admitting a lately . All of you were wonderful to me in person and on phone . This Dept. never gets recognized . Thank You So Much .... Susan Wong
Worst hospital stay ever. Nurses on the floor acted as if a patient was a burden. Pain pump wasn’t working. Was told I didn’t know what I was talking about. After it beeped for 3 hours straight. Another nurse came in. Ran a report and apologized because it wasn’t working and I didn’t have my pain meds. Than nurse removed my catheter. Urine got on the bed. She never offered to clean it up, change my sheets, or put a pad under me. Than a few hours later. My packing was removed. I am left bleeding and no pad is offered. When waiting for meds. Was told they were waiting on pharmacy. Well guess pharmacist was sleeping because it took them 2 hours to get me a pain pill after discovering pain pump wasn’t working properly. I never received a tray. When asked about it. Was told it was ordered. Guess the kitchen closed before they delivered your tray. I thought this was a private hospital and patient care was a priority. Worst care I ever received.
Went to the ER and from the lady at the registration desk to the nurses, I don't think I've ever seen such a lack of professionalism. No care or concern for the patient. Being in the room across from the nurses station I consistently heard them laughing and joking about drinking and partying. They never once came in to check on me, only to do was was required and left. It took 5 nurses to get an IV in and draw blood. The vein collapsed soon after IV was finally in. I went in with extreme pain in my side and was stuck with a needle 7 times because they couldn't get it right!! The doctor wanted to admit me but because of the horrendous treatment I received, I asked if I could just go home. It's bad when you need to be admitted to the hospital but are afraid of any further poor treatment.
I was admitted on a monMon evening and I asked for pain medication about 11:30 p.m and did not receive any until noon on Tuesday. Everytime it came time for medication the nurses were 2-2.5 hrs late.
I asked to take a shower and was basically ignored. Did not receive any thing to take a shower with.
Anytime I asked for something, ilI'tell your nurse, is what they would say. The nurse was not told about my call to the nurses station.
They were busy and the charge nurse didn't help. Her name is Shannon.
I was going to go AMA I was so frustrated.
I WILL not be visiting this facility, again!
The place has a fowl smell, like dirty or old!!
Use to love it took my 14 year old when he was sick the nurses were great doctor was horrible argued I was wrong about the medicine he was on until I showed him the bottle and just rude. Then took my 4 year old when he had a temp of 103.4 and throwing up the different doctor then before said he is fine I don't consider that a fever and walked out absolutely horrible
