Worst hospital stay ever. Nurses on the floor acted as if a patient was a burden. Pain pump wasn’t working. Was told I didn’t know what I was talking about. After it beeped for 3 hours straight. Another nurse came in. Ran a report and apologized because it wasn’t working and I didn’t have my pain meds. Than nurse removed my catheter. Urine got on the bed. She never offered to clean it up, change my sheets, or put a pad under me. Than a few hours later. My packing was removed. I am left bleeding and no pad is offered. When waiting for meds. Was told they were waiting on pharmacy. Well guess pharmacist was sleeping because it took them 2 hours to get me a pain pill after discovering pain pump wasn’t working properly. I never received a tray. When asked about it. Was told it was ordered. Guess the kitchen closed before they delivered your tray. I thought this was a private hospital and patient care was a priority. Worst care I ever received.
Use to love it took my 14 year old when he was sick the nurses were great doctor was horrible argued I was wrong about the medicine he was on until I showed him the bottle and just rude. Then took my 4 year old when he had a temp of 103.4 and throwing up the different doctor then before said he is fine I don't consider that a fever and walked out absolutely horrible
I'm giving a one star to patient registration,I had one person in front of me and sat there for 52 mins before I was ever called,in all there where four of us in there. Half the time I sat there and seen the girls either talking or just sitting in there chairs doing nothing. This one experience has me almost changing hospitals completely,if it can be that bad in registration, how worse could it get.
Honestly wouldn’t even rate this ER a one star because from the moment i walked in there were nothing but attitudes. I asked for someone to take my paper because it had all my information on it and there were two ladies not doing anything but talking to one another and the lady then snatched it out of my hand, rolled her eyes, and then told me to have a seat. Get back to the room, my nurse was fine but the doctor comes running in claiming i have a rash ... i wasnt nor do i need to be seen for a rash what so ever. He was in here for three minutes and said i needed steroids. Turns out the three other patients in here also need that.
The ER Department in this hospital is wonderful. Cindy and Chessa are awesome! I was seen quickly and had a very empathetic doctor who seemed like he really cared. The birthing center of the hospital, not so much. I did not have a very good experience when I had my last child there.
