Southwestern has went above and beyond by taking care of my family members. My mom had a lot of medical issues and took my mother to Southwestern each time and was given quality and exceptional care! Great Staff! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is in need!

My family always receives the best care at Southwestern Medical Center. My uncle had surgery on Tuesday. He had nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility. Thank you for all you do!

Why does it take over two days to get a prescription refill approved and signed by a provider? We called Dr. Li's office over 24 hours ago to ask for a refill. Checked with the pharmacy this morning, there still is no refill. Called back early this morning, I was told DR Li would sign it today. I called back at 2pm just to be told the doctor had left and wont be back till Monday. Good Job everyone! Way to take care of your patients! This has been easily the worst medical care my family has ever recieved in Lawton or Oklahoma City.

We are a military family, and new to the area. Horrible experience overall. DO NOT waste your time. Misty is a member of the appointment staff, and makes it beyond clear that they do not value their patients. You will just be another number.

Had surgery in April this year, paid all my out of pocket and deductables thinking I was good, but then anesthesia is out of network with my insurance so hit hard with bill. Tried to have appealed but per my insurance even though I had no choice about anesthesia per my insurance even though I had no choice Im still stuck with bill. DO NOT have surgery here without checking to make sure anesthesia is in network with your insurance. I am ex employee of thus facility and feel very betrayed on mine aand other patients behalf. How can you do this to people who trust you with your care?
