Sparrow Ionia Hospital

What the heck. Went in with my wife who is pregnant, bleeding and needing stitches. 5th in line at the window. 5th in line at the window after 10 minutes still. Only one window in this ER. 10 minutes and this clerk is still taking the same patients address. Not what an ER should be. We left and walked right into an ER room at a qualified hospital. I will never use a Sparrow hospital or bet a life on one again. Spectrum or Metro please. One star because 0 isn't an option.

ER doctor sent me home dizzy and passing out. She could have cared less. Definitely should have went to Lansing

I have been to the ER multiple times since moving to Ionia... This place is a joke.... If you feel like you have a life threatening emergency do yourself a favor and go to another hospital regardless of the drive time.

Came in with severe pain, nurses are absolutely amazing and the doctor seems to trully care and want to find out what is going on, he is running multiple tests and isnt just assuming whats wrong. Highly recommend this hospital

I spent 3 days in the Ionia facility, awesome staff, casual but professional, the staff was great , the doctors, nurses, house keeping and food prep were all very friendly and caring, they made my staff as comfortable as possible.
