Dont bother with this place. Front desk staff is as helpful as they have to be but not much past that. Just take the drive and go to a real hospital, not the band aid station.

My daughter was born here last September! I couldn’t be more grateful to the helpful staff, my patient midwife and all the nurses that helped through out my 18 hour labor, it wasn’t an easy labor but we were treated with outmost kindness, respect and hospitality, their delivery facilities are warm and welcoming, with hourly check ups post delivery, the baby arrived perfectly at 40 weeks, and we were released to go home the next day! Our insurance covered all the bills and when we did receive a bill for blood work we just had to bring it in and the staff at Pennock took care of it. I don’t know about their ER staff personally but the maternity ward experience was outstanding! Thank you again!

I will never step foot in another Spectrum run facility again. I have always used the Urgent Care in Hastings. Always received one bill for services after insurance was paid out. I received my bill in February from Hastings Emergency Physicians, paid it, thought I was good. I received a second bill for the exact same visit from Spectrum today, citing that I owed more money for "clinic services". Since when are there two separate charges for ONE OFFICE?! Spectrum is playing dirty here, and billing my insurance company and myself twice for one visit. I have never refused to pay a bill, always pay them as soon as they come in, and have used the Urgent Care for years, with never an issue. Never a second billing for "clinic services". Since Spectrum took over Pennock, it has become a joke. I will find another urgent care to attend from now on.

Had a colonoscopy done. From the initial contact to the procedure and then follow up it was a great experience. Would recommend them highly.

I fractured a bone in my foot. From the time I hobbled in to when I left it was a good experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly and offered a wheelchair as soon as I entered.
