Everything was great except Doctor Werner.
He did not listen to my concerns and ignored the more major issues I am experiencing such as my complete lack of appetite, vomiting acid on a daily basis (was much worse today which is what brought me in), and focused more on my poop for the day.
His only recommendations was a prescription for my stool (which is actually most commonly used for vaginal infections) and stop my Hormone Therapy treatment even though the issue has been going on long before I started HRT to "see if it helps".
The most useful information I received on my visit was from my nurse who is very new (I wanna say Johnny?) who suggested cutting out sugars from my diet and focus on more hardy carbohydrates (less pastas).
I hope the nurse I had goes on to do great things in his career, but Dr Werner was of absolute no help.

Friendly workers who check up on you & answers questions. Cafe food is good. Marketplace food okay. Starbucks coffee. Highly recommend. I see others complaining about billing but billing lady was quite nice and not pushy to me. Food to room took an exceptional time - that needs work.

My mother had a life-threatening bacterial infection. The hospital she had was going to they would keep her a few day and give her antibiotics then send her home sick. This happened 3 times. The 1st hospital did not spend enough time to figure out which combination of antibiotics would fight the infection she had. We decided to take her to St. Clara Hospital. They have a very good infectious disease doctor that quickly came up with the correct antibiotics and she was back to her old self within a week. I feel that St. Clara Hospital saved her life. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone.

Nurses and staff were very nice. If possible go to mercy on ballas. I waited 2 days for the Doctor to release me , Billing dept is is a nightmare had tons of different med bills, made a payment every month online for a year until it was paid, come to find out later they put collection on my credit report after it was paid

Just had our 1st experience at St. Clare today.
Grandson rushed there by ambulance, in seizures from high fever. ER receptionist was very rude, called security on me, NBC I asked where to go. Security threatened me with arrest. All I wanted was for her to direct me where he was. Not like I asked her to get off her butt and do something for me. I hope I never set foot in tbye again.
