St Anthony North Health Campus

No treatment received. 7:30pm: came in with an intense migraine, bloody vomit, and stomach pains. 9:30: was shuffled out the door with no treatment. No tests at all. 3 shots for the migraine that didn't work. I expressed this concern with the staff and was told "we don't always have all the answers, follow up with your Dr (in 2 weeks). I left the hospital in the exact condition I walked in. No treatment, no relief no comfort. Someone is getting billed for services I never received. I came here for better treatment than the VA...needless to say, that didn't happen.

Had the most amazing nurses care for me when I had my son. Judy, Katie, & Stacey all took such good care of us and made everything so easy! I am a first time mom and was terrified, but Judy saved the day while I was in the OR. I couldn’t have done it without you three!

Update--There are workers here that are good but there still needs to be a better system for care and more attention to professionalism. --No one ever answers the phone here. I'm not sure what kind of care is being ran here because it doesn't seem like most of the workers actually do there job. Every time I call it says the wait is 5 - 7 min and after that time the call is answered then I'm immediately put back on hold. It's a shame because there are awesome doctors that work at or with this hospital but the director needs to crack down on the laziness of office personnel at this hospital.

I’m absolutely disappointed in the lack of care/communication/service that my daughter in law and my son (First Time Parents) received through delivery/stay. There was a time it took them 45 min to bring her ice pack while in labor after calling nurses multiple times... They would come in to check on her, didn’t explain what they were doing. They would gossip in the room about the other mothers as well as argue with each other. A nurse had come in and checked mom, told us she was at 10 centimeters and she said she would be back, and our family sat with anticipation and then began wondering and worrying because nobody came back until about 30 min later. Mom was scared unsure what was going on, what to expect. We were definitely left in the dark more than not. One of the nurses had an absolute attitude as if she hated her job! I had to take the doc aside and make it clear that If she didn’t change her attitude, we as a family were making a decision that she wasn’t allowed to come back into that room until we are gone. Mom had lots of questions and they didn’t seem to take their time to make sure they answered them. They had told them they were going to bathe baby before they left and they were about to leave and mom noticed that baby still had blood all over her head and when she asked about it, they acted surprised as if they thought that already happen. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital. This was by far the worst care I’ve ever seen. Go somewhere you’ll receive good care.

This ER is absolutely a joke ! Waited 2 hours to get me back ! 4 hours to even be looked at an labs done ! No Doctor came in to see me All nurses ! I wouldn’t even give this hospital one star! If it wasn’t for the nurses am being sick I would’ve left! Unbelievable!
