Honestly with i could give no stars. Just went in the middle of the night because i couldn’t sleep because i was violently coughing so hard. After two hours they told me i have bronchitis and sent me home with no medicine, cough suppressant, or anything. Just spent a 125$ Co pay for 20 seconds with a Dr that didn’t seem like he cared at all. Will never go back. Ever.

I really like the physical therapist I have. The other therapy workers there are so friendly alao

The treatment I received there was less than poor. All they cared about was getting my blood pressure down to a barely acceptable level and sending me out without helping me at all... I wish I could complain enough that my insurance would deny payment. I can't say that I would recommend to anyone. I was there for pain, twice within 4 days and 7 shots and one weak pain prescription later, I still have no relief. Edited: I informed my son of the situation and since your facility knows my blood pressure is reaching dangerously high levels, due to pain... and your facility is refusing me further treatment, if anything should happen to me, I expect him to hold your facility legally responsible.

Never in my life I have seen a DR so rude and uncaring about another person . I will NEVER go there or bring another person there and I will advise other to not go there. Worst ER Dr ever, he is in the wrong line of work for sure. He must have never heard of bedside manners because he has NONE. In his words - WE ARE DONE HERE, GO!

Recently I started going to the hospital for Physical Therapy. I cant say enough about the friendly hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The same goes for the H.I.M. staff when special medical records were needed. It makes me extremely happy not have to travel to the hustle and bustle and confusion of main campus. Its a great hospital keep up the good work and please keep the small hospital feel. This is the first Ochsner Hospital I feel like a patient and not a number.
