My husband had a appointment there today and the staff were wonderful. The hospital was amazingly clean. All around excellent care.

I have delivered 3 children at this hospital, and have had an amazing experience every time! The nurses are amazing, and the lactation center has been particularly helpful as well, especially Michele Palmieri. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have been able to make it this far!

My experience with having BOTH of my children at St.Clair was amazing! The nurses and especially the Lactation consultant helped with confidence and support while breastfeeding. I truly don’t think I would have been successful without the help of Michele Palmieri! She was and continues to be such a blessing in our lives as she is always there to guide and help us! I highly recommend St. Clair FBC, Michele and Lisa!!! Thank you ladies...from the bottom of my heart!!

My father was taken to the Emergency Department after suffering a mini stroke. One he was stabilized the ER Doctor was explaining his diagnosis with my Mother who was having difficulty hearing due to background noise and asked him to explain what he had said. He used his hands to spell out TIA like he was in the Village People and told my mother to Google what TIA meant. I have had other friends describe similar situations with the ER staff and particularly the arrogant Doctors. That was a despicable thing to say to someone that was worried about her spouse of 50 years and completely unacceptable. Might be time for St. Clair to have some sensitivity training for their staff in more appropriate ways to deal with patients and families that are stressed and worried.

Poor e.r. dept staff. Doctor had lack of any real concern. Poor bed side manor.
