Total incompetence. Nurses that stand and chat while you go to the desk and beg for bedpan for patient. Put you in room and forget you are there in ER no less. Did not ask for anything for pain but nurse comes in and gave a shot of fentanyl ( not sure about even spelling that) so many wrong things I will never go back there nor take my family.

Do not waste your time. With a 5+ hour wait in the ER for a severe issue you would think people would be a little more professional and not so rude. We finally left. We won’t go back and I’ll be switching my doctors from SSM to another hospital. I work in the healthcare field and this was the worst service at a medical facility we’ve ever had. .

The ICU nurses are extremely rude and do not have the compassion required for a job of this nature. They had security guards threaten my mother and elderly grandmother with arrest because the nurses didn't like that they were being asked medical questions. Without explaining why, they banned my mom and grandma from the ICU for 48 hours and would not tell us anything. They still won't explain why and refuse to tell us anything about my uncle's condition. The last thing one of the nurses said to my grandma is that he was deteriorating quickly, and then kicked her out of the hospital. Grandma has been beside herself with worry ever since then. We are concerned about her health at this point. The nurses are unprofessional and incompetent; they have terrible beside manner and almost seemed to delight in giving us bad news. If we could move my uncle to a different hospital, we would. They refuse to share any more information at this point, and we're looking into our legal options. For your own sake, please consider a different hospital for your loved ones.

Absolutely the best .I went in with an awful pain and had to have emergency surgery. Appendectomy, the ER doctors and nurses were amazing. Then the surgeon, the anesthesiologist, the OR nurses and assistants were incredible then the sweet recovery nurses were angels. I was in and out and treated like royalty. They are all around amazing people. So glad I picked to come here for my treatment. Thank you all!

If there was any way I could give them negative stars I would. Went in with chest pains and sat in the er waiting room for over 5 hours. Nurses at the front desk do not care if you are in pain. Plesse, dont waste your time or money!
