St James Healthcare

Although short staffed everyone was kind and many of them were very attentive. I had my toddler on one hip and a sick spouse I couldn’t get inside. As soon as I stepped inside the security jumped up and got a wheelchair and helped him inside. A small hospital compared to many I’ve seen and still you wait for forever but tell me where you can find one that’s fast! Ha.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am convinced that no one in that hospital actually cares about the patients. The doctor DOES NOT listen to what is wrong, he gives a diagnosis based off of WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE. So basically when I went in today, he took one look at me and guessed that I smoked marijuana. (I have my medical card) and then after that, he blamed all of my problems on just smoking weed. If that isn’t biased, I don’t know what is. I am convinced that those people will literally let you die before they lift a finger to help. After spending 5 hours there, they gave me no medication, no helpful tests, nothing. The doctors and nurses acted like they were always so busy but there were about three nurses just standing outside of my room talking about how great selfie sticks are. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.

If you need medical attention, DO NOT GO HERE. I recommend Anaconda. The doctors and nurses are not only unprofessional, but cold, uncaring, willingly withold information from you, and the receptionists do not hesitate to hang up on you. The only time you will get a call from these horrible representations of what medical professionals should be is when you owe them money. I will gladly die before I return to St. James.

The staff were very fast and efficient in the emergency room from admitting , nursing staff and physician. The hospital was very clean. definitely recommend the facility.

does anyone know how to get a hold of the ceo of this hospital... very important.. hospital is not being any help.. they keep hanging up on me when I ask for it
