I came in thinking I was having a heart attack while on vacation in Montana! The team was right on it, took bloods immediately EKG, not a heart attack but something more eminent , That won’t require immediate surgery! Dr. Joutovsky was on call and assured me that I needed to get into surgery as soon as possible which I did. His care and his attending Dr. Home I cannot remember his name , did an excellent job. My ICU nurse I think her name was Terry was amazing and anyone that attended in the room doing their jobs were all very polite calm and helpful. Then I was moved out of ICU and into a private room for the next four days all the staff on orthopedic was amazing over-the-top wonderful . My favorite nurse was Cody and I will never forget him and his team all the nurses aids or just over-the-top wonderful I guess if I had to be on vacation and have surgery this was the best place to be I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Totally unprofessional Hospital. They are under staffed and those they do employee could care less. I live out of state and my elderly father has been hospitalized there twice in the last year. The last visit they were about to dismiss him to go home when my sister sent me a photo of my dad. I quickly noticed that his arm was completely swollen. I inquired about this and when I finally got them to investigate he had 2 blood clots. Piss poor health care if you ask me.
only giving a one star because I have to, does not even deserve that. I brought my daughter in and they were the most judgmental bunch there was. Recently my brother in law went in for abdominal pain, was given benadryl and sent home. He is still having abdominal pain, to me it sounds like gallbladder, so I called, all I was told was that they were not giving medical advise over the phone, he could go in if he wanted but that was up to him... I am a nursing student, and I could never imagine caring so little for people....really sad!!!
Very professional and knowledgable staff.
I came into ER with swollen tongue and neck glands on a Sunday. Check in gal was super friendly. ER nurses were super nice. Got in a room fairly quickly . ER Dr. put me on meds for allergic reaction and within an hour the swelling was going down. Er Dr. was okay just didn't really know what was going on but wanted me to be admitted to hospital for observation and to be seen by hospital doctor and an ENT. Everyone I had was super nice, helpful, and caring. Dr.Rogers and Dr. Sheikh were very good.
