St James Mercy Hospital

This facility today was one of the best experiences. My husband had appendicitis which Dr. Robshaw quickly and efficiently diagnosed this problem then brought in Dr. Basler for surgery. Dr. Basler broke down all the information we needed to know and really set us at ease knowing my husband was in good hands. Dr. Mehr as well was fantastic in explanation and putting us at ease with everything to do with the anesthesia. Dr. Basler’s student with him helped provide a great experience as well it was great how he focused in-depth to learn as much as possible from a case. It’s good to know the future of medicine continues to look bright. We definitely cannot forget our RN Kayleigh she was phenomenal really taking the time and always efficient with any of our needs.

I went to the er Monday and although it was quick I wasn't properly diagnosed so I went back today and a new doctor Kevin Wentworth seen me. He was very efficient and thorough. He is the reason for this rating. I truly hope he stays around. Our hospitals need more like him.

Hospital has had some rough times, but things really seem to be turning around for the better. ER staff is great.

Poor service. The doctor just want to make money. No more explanation, conflicted instruction. Do not go there. I did gastroscopy at the hospital.
