If I could give no stars I would.. This place is normally great but not today.. The guy at the E.R. desk is horrible... My doctor sent me right over to here and I have been waiting forever... I have told him my pain is worse and my face and head are numb and nothing not pleased when my doctor said to go now and make sure they know about your face and head and seeing spots.. NOT Happy ... Place is not great right now. Customer service could be a lot better if they move the guy from the front because he doesn't care and it shows... It's pretty clear he is making fun of patients...

This place is such a convenience! So glad they are so close and I don’t have to go all the way to Springfield for services. The therapists are very knowledgeable and kind! They are very understanding of all of your needs!

Best hospital around and the only hospital in the area I will ever go to. They saved my life and also my brothers. I've always gotten the best care here. My grandmother was in the hospital here and received wonderful care in the stroke unit. They got tests done right away and had results quickly. She got amazing care. My grandfather had a stroke and unfortunately was taken to memorial and it took over 12 hours to get a MRI there and other testing. They ended up breaking his hip and he got an infection and passed away. I wish he would have been at St John' . You couldn't ask for better nurses and doctors, definitely the best hospital around!

Emergency room very unsanitary and smelled very bad I didn’t even want to sit down in waiting area and the wheel chairs were very unclean I was already having chest pain and could hardly breathe but it was so gross I stood the entire time as I was afraid of getting sepsis the only reason I stayed is because we were traveling and I started to feel horrible an it was the closest hospital NEVER AGAIN... staff was nice.... no patient privacy you have to tell what’s wrong with you through a BULLET PROOF GLASS an talk so loud people down the hall can hear... however I was admitted and the staff was amazing the were all nice from the nurses doctors and everyone that performed images like mri and ultrasounds etc very knowledgeable people all my questions were answered and I felt relieved they made my stay very comfortable and accommodating the only bad thing I can say is the er was not clean nor were the elevators
