From the time I arrived till the time I left the staff from check in to check out & everyone between were all so caring & professional in their duties as caretakers that I can truly say this was a good experience as far as being in the hospital goes. Everyone was very friendly and knew exactly how to do their jobs very well & I thank you & appreciate everything you did for me...

We have good insurance, but we have been treated really well. The nursing staff in ICU and on 5th floor is outstanding. Top notch doctors.

My friend was gushing blood out of her mouth, and during check-in, the receptionists were literally laughing at her. Even the ER doctor giggled and asked her why she came to the hospital. After bleeding through copious amounts of paper towels from the dispenser above the sink, I had to beg several nurses for gauze, all of which said, "sure," and disappeared into thin air. My friend poured blood out of her mouth into a trash can, which did not concern a single staff member. If you have a life-threatening condition, stay home, you're probably better off taking care of yourself. St. Francis is superior!!!!!!!!

Do NOT use this hospital. They WILLThey have zero respect for life. I was in the ER on a feeding tube dying in 2017. I was laid off of work while in the hospital. My insurance was cancelled. They removed my feeding tube and sent me home to die until I was coherent enough to enroll in Cobra insurance and went back 3 weeks later because I didn't know what was going on. They sent me home with very little care. Only to return with the nurses and doctors shocked that hospital policy almost MURDERED me.

Doctors, nurses and nurse aides were very attentive and compassionate. The food service was good. I would give St John's a 5 except the respiratory department needs great improvement especially with management of head and neck surgery patients. Also their linens and towels STINK! That being said we were very pleased with St John's.
