My daughter n I experience was excellent! Especially for my daughter..... the labor and delivery team was awesome!! Made my daughter feel comfortable.... the staff was compassionate, loving and caring... Ashley Williams, Kelsey that’s just to name a few. You all were great. Rooms clean! Everything couldn’t ask for a better hospital ❤️ Cause we were there.

I was recently a patient at St. Joe’s. I first went to the ER and returned a day later to be admitted to the hospital as my condition had worsened. I received wonderful care both in the ER and in the main hospital. The physicians and staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. During my time in the hospital, my nurse, Katie Mosier, was especially attentive with my medical needs and made my stay as pleasant as possible. My room was very nice and very clean. I would have given my rating five stars, however, the rooms in the ER were filthy. There were wrappers on the floor, the table tops were sticky, and there were yellow stains on the floors. If I hadn’t received such excellent care, I would not have returned the next day.

My 82 year old dad spent 8 days there with nothing to eat. The Hospital Menu offers next to nothing gluten free, he was there 4 days before they took any xrays to find the problem, original Doctor wanted to do an MRI while my dad has a pacemaker/defibrillator, he should have known MRI wasn't possible. Laid on his back nearly the entire 8 days and loss all mobility in his legs, current home nurse says they shouldn't have released him without checking his mobility first.

Your emergency room has a lot of issues from personnel to leaving patients laying in halls for many hours . I am talking from 4:00 pm to 6:00 a.m. In the morning. That has happened twice to me . I am afraid to go back there ever again. Too bad they spent so much money on the huge lobby . It was needed in emergency to handle emergencies and comfort for patients
