I had a procedure executed and I actually have to mention the volunteers are helpful and so sweet. The nurses had been fantastic, they have been friendly and worrying and truely concentrate to u. If u need to have a method done, I might propose this Hospital.

Security took my belongings and never returned my wallet including my social security card and ID. There is a patient inventory sheet Officer Moreno filled out when he took my belongings and it clearly states I had an wallet and it's contents. Security claims to have given the wallet to registration and never seeing it again but once my things were in their custody it's their responsibility to make sure they are returned to me. I will be seeking payback for the items stolen and I hope the security officer who was so negligent with my things understands now I have no ID to cash my check, pick up my medications, or seek treatment else where. Also my social security card so at any time my identity is no longer safe.

I went to the ER there with severe stomachache and arm pain. Was diagnosed with gastritis from the water? I then went to another hospital. I had a heart attack. How do they get away with this? Probably because I was on medi-cal. The people were very rude to me, especially Jessica, the nurse. And the doctor was idiot. Just saying. He let me leave with a blood pressure of 179/85. I've had several strokes. Bad

I'm only giving this hospital one star is because the elevators worked so I can get away! I was brought in by ambulance in excruciating pain and thinking I was going to die when I got to the hospital they pulled me off the gurney out of the ambulance and put me in a school desk type chair. As People know you don't want to sit in a metal chair feeling like you're going to die so I fell to the floor as the hospital said ma'am you can't lie on the floor I said I can't sit in a chair so they said suit yourself and threw a blanket over me. I really don't know how long I was on the floor but finally was given a gurney and put in the hallway for 8 hours Was finally put in a Room still hadn't seen any doctors It was 7:00 p.m. in the evening and then was told they're going to put me in another Room I was moved in the middle of the night. I finally started to get some sleep or any kind of rest when at 11 o'clock a another patient was brought in the Room who had their family there for hours. Now they decide to do tests on me MR I's ultra sounds blood test my IV broke 3 times when i was there for 2 and a 1/2 days Was once given a 1/2 gallon jar of water by my bed. I was told I could not get out of bed without a nurse to use the restroom every time I needed to use the restroom it took 45 minutes to get somebody to help me. The woman behind me waited 5 hours for food I finally called someone to say Hey this woman has been asking for food same as myself. Not that I would ever want to use a bedpan but had to unplug this R2D2 massad machine hooked to my arm a heart monitor Made it very difficult to get to the restroom by myself Every time I ask when my The favorite answer in this hospital is I will talk to your doctor of which I only saw once and told me a totally different story than what was on my Chart. They would come in and do a blood test 40 minutes later they would come and take my blood pressure 40 minutes later they would come and do something else 40 minutes later they would come again I don't see how they can't consolidate all this testing at least 2 hours apart when someone is sick you can't be woke up every fotty minutes on top I having a roommate that seams to have her family in there all night long. The last straw was at 11:00 p.m. at night my ivy broke in my arm again and I was holding pressure on it to try to stop the bleeding I pushed the emergency button at least 10 times and screamed for help anybody I heard walking down the Hall as I watched people in scrubs keep walking I was so very weak with lack of sleep and being sick. I finally found the strength to grab my R2D2 unplug it from the wall get across the Hall into the elevator go to the ground floor and scream for help a police officer came and I said get somebody to take this out of my arm as no nurse on the floor would assist me Low and behold there's my nurse that was supposed to come to my aid after pushing the emergency button I refused to let him touch me they got another nurse to take the ivy completely out I called and over at almost midnight and got the h*** out of there! I wish I knew the nurse's name that did actually help me. I find this hospital X dream Li rude and seemed to have the attitude I work for a pay check and not to have empathy! It's so strange but that last night there I saw children walking around in T shirts and holding bowls that looked like cereal and cups that could have come from a fast food joint I don't know why they were there all night running around. When I look back at the whole experience I see there something very very wrong There. Oh at midnight my dinner and tray was still on my table and for 2 days nothing but water asked for some juice was told 2 days ok I'll se what can do . The last night I was there a nurse told me that juice is scarce on that floor what is that mean?
