St Luke’s Cornwall Hospital

Had a mammogram yesterday and I can say that the technician, Kelly Langston, was not only kind and professional but I she was so respectful of me and my body. A blessing. Thank you.

Do not bring you kids here unless it is a true, time dependent emergency. They do not have an on site attending pediatrician. And the on call pediatrician does not have a clue. He does not listen and would rather wait for your child's condition to get worse before doing something to improve their condition and get them out quicker. Probably just so he can charge the insurance company more. The only good thing about this hospital was the daytime nurse. Helen was great and made my wife feel better, whole helping her. When asked how they say they have a pediatric ward when they do not have an attending pediatrician, several administrators agree and say they should not. Finally after 5 day we were able to get an outside pediatric pulmonologist to get her transferred to Westchester Children's Hospital. Just waiting for the transport to arrive.

I was little nervous when I got here by ambulance with some problems, since I read a lot negative reviews, I was super anxious. BUT, after I stayed here in ER for couple hours. I could say staff here are really kind, genuine , professional and take really good care of patient. During stayed in ER, I saw a trauma patient came in and how fast they took actions to help the patient professionally and efficiently under the leader! Really nice place and I can put full trust on them...

Unbelievable!! Parking garage is GREAT but finding a way into the hospital was impossible!! There were absolutely no signs guiding me. I parked on the 4th floor and entered the stairwell (no sign of an elevator in sight). Each level I walked have the floor # with an 'H', but again, no direction to enter the hospital itself. I hit the security button, but NO RESPONSE!!! Finally I called the department I was here for, they instructed me to wait there and they would send security to me. 15 MINUTES AND NO ONE CAME!!! I flagged down a car and asked for guidance. And she gave perfect instructions for me to get in the building. Once inside a CUSTODIAN helped me get to my destination. There should be signs on ALL sides of the garage giving directions into the hospital. Epic fail St Lukes!!!

What an amazing staff...all of the professionals were kind caring and went above and beyond during my husbands stay.it made his recovery from a double knee replacement so much better and so much easier for his family to not have to worry if he was being taken care of..they treated us like we were their own loved ones..thank you to everyone who cared for my husband during his stay here..I highly recommended st Luke's Montiefiore ..
