Spent 4 days there after major surgery. Getting nurses to respond was a joke. I buzzed for a nurse, my wife was standing by the door & the flashing light outside the door which is supposed to let them know this, mysteriously went out. Had to have a foley bag reinserted. That was the last time anyone checked it, even when I told them I had pain there. Nurse just said it was spasms & left. The last day the nurse doing the discharge (which took over 3 hours to complete) changed the the bag to a leg bag since I had to go home with it, cleaned around the site & relief was immediate. I was supposed to be on gluten free diet, got diabetic. Never had a sheet changed or a sponge bath. I wouldn't take a dog there!

I recently gave birth at this hospital. It was a traumatizing experience and I would not go back. I was mom shamed for asking for formula because I was told “this is a breastfeeding hospital, breast is best.” After my c section the nurses were very rough moving me around to a bed and yelled at me for not keeping my hands on my chest while laughing and taking about other people. I found many of the staff were unprofessional and without compassion.

Worst experience ever didn’t have electricity and no food given and no water working. Staff was unprofessional and were laughing making jokes of patients and arguing in front of guests wow smh, and also not caring for any concerns I had for my father. I Will never ever go to st.lukes I wouldn’t even recommend them. There staff consists of people who claim they know . But they don’t they wanna keep you as long as they can to add to your ridiculous bill.this is a place to come and die .they get medications wrong and mixed up . And also blow by the fact your in pain. They even talk to you as your a child . Like someone needs to shut this hospital down even the walls and rooms were dirty yuck .

The efficiency of help depending on the time and day will vary. Our experience this time was that the staff was attentive and available for my father's stay. Room clean, etc.

St. Luke's is the worst hospital. My son came there to be seen for severe abdominal pain and he sat for more than 2hours. It's ridiculous. When I called to find out why, they kept me holding for more than 20 minutes. I could have drove there in that time. The staff is very unconcerned about patients. I wish he could have waited to go to urgent care.
