I've always had wonderful experiences with all the Doctors and Nurses at St. Margaret's! Dr. Tun, Christine Hermosillo, Dr. Chilson, Dr. Sweetland are all outstanding physicians.

If the Illinois Valley people know what's good for them, they'd get out of this area for medical attention PERIOD. I hate to see what it will look like if IVCH and St Margarets combined. Dr. Bailey was the ER doctor over the weekend, had seen me for 17 years of my life before he dropped me as a patient for not coming to ONE appointment, REFUSED to come in the room to speak with me. Sent his nurse practitioner in that hasn't ever really taken care of me before. Dr. Bailey KNOWS my medical history. I'm super confused on how anyone calls this proper care. Just goes to show he never cared for me as a patient.

The hospital does not treat psychiatry in ER. Did not tell us that until after we signed admittance papers. Told them at front desk patient was not taking medications. Bipolar and in maniac state. Waste of time and money. They should have done the right thing and forward us to nearest hospital that does treat mental disorders. If this is treatment you seek you need to go to Ottawa hospital

The word care should be taken out of "Healthcare" when dealing with this group. No level of concern for their patients. Orders get lost, no follow up when a care giver leaves to be sure patients are taken care of, total disregard.
