Very unprofessional people. Instead of helping you with a problem they just pass you off to another person. Billing department is a joke. Took 4 HOURS just to talk to someone. Once I finally got through I went through an employee, her supervisor then the manager that was supposed to call me never did and just sent me to whoever does collections for them. Guess they got tired of me call them out on their wrong doings. The person I spoke from collections said the people who gave me the total are only there to check you in for labs that they should not even be giving out prices or taking payments. She never even heard of anywhere doing that. All of that should be left to billing because so many things can change and that price can be WAY off. Which the people I spoke to were very confident in the prices they gave me and had no problem taking my money. Plus they should have something that states somewhere that the total you are given is an estimate for people (like me, first time doing this) who do not know that those prices are estimates. Now I know why its a ghost town and no one goes there unless they have no other choice. I should have listened when I was warned to not go there but I went out of convenience and it was just for labs!! Thought I'd be ok but they screwed me big time. Lesson learned. Will go elsewhere from now on. I don't care how far I have to drive. Not surprised to see so many other bad reviews.

I had my baby girl back in the year 2000 at Lafayette General Medical in Lafayette. The nurses and the doctor who delivered my baby girl, Doctor Aldy Castor was great. Through out my pregnancy. My baby was premature born at 8 months. And the nurses were so helpful and made sure I was comfortable. All good in Lafayette. But Breaux Bridge hospital different story . Was there with a friend and gotta say not so nice . Was very rude . They were slow. They took their time. Looked at my friend rolling eyes. Asked a question wasn't sure they're answer. Either couldn't or wouldnt..Was not pleasent at all. And I was only there with a friend for support. And I grade Breaux Bridge hospital with a D-.

MoochiAndLovebug .

I sat in the waiting room for four hours throwing up and they refused to bring me nausea medicine even tho I asked multiple times for something.

Obvious that administrative change has taken effect since I was last there, formerly Gary Memorial Hospital. Much improved, excellent care, very professional. Top Notch Care in Breaux Bridge, LA.
