Why don't you try calling someone before referring an account to collections. Signed up for your portal to pay your damn $47 bill after I have paid my portion of over $3k without question and you can't even call someone or provide billing information. As someone with very good credit and someone that pays my bills I wouldn't step foot in your facility again you are completely worthless.
I was in a car accident Jan 5 2019 and I was dead for 55 minutes and they did exploratory surgery on me I ruptured my spleen and collapsed right lung and my kidney wasnt working I walked out of that hospital exactly 14 days after my wreck and they said I would be there for months I flipped my car 2 or 3 times. They treated me really well i was on life support for a week i truly thank the dr and medical team because they saved my life
Learned the valuable lesson of don't go to hospitals where they almost kill you...three times. Spent five hours there today with a letter explaining I have PTSD and panic attacks and I don't do well in hospitals only to get verbally abused and treated like scum because my insurance is in flux. Was told that the reason I cant keep any food down was because I smoked and the doctor scoffed when I said I had a low tolerance for incompetency...probably because he's one of the worst doctors I've ever had. Horrible nursing staff. Go there only if you want to die.
We took my newborn son here for the first two years of his life for the routine checkups that are recommended every few months. We literally had a different doctor at every appointment, in spite of the fact that we asked to see a specific one again. The staff at the front desk refused to book us with a specific doctor, or to schedule us on a day that they might be in. We really liked the first two doctors my son had, and then hated the next four, who all blatantly had no interest in our son's health or well being. But the seventh doctor we had was okay. Finally, we moved to a different part of town and started going somewhere else. I should have just spent the time to drive elsewhere when we were close by, but because we liked the first two doctors so much, we didn't realize it was going to be so consistently awful after that. Anyway, let my lesson learned serve as a warning for any potential first-time patients: go anywhere else. Try somewhere that has doctors who are interested in caring for the young. Or where the office staff has a modicum of respect for the customers. Not St. Vincent.
We are leaving today after my mother had a very successfully surgery. The doctor was amazing.
We stayed on the sixth floor and the staff were very nice and very attentive.
I spent a lot of time exploring the rest of the building, it is a very beautiful building with a lot of beautiful statues, pictures, and shrubbery.
I am not sure what the hiring process is like but it seems very successful, especially the nursing staff. I have been here a couple of times and have only met nurses who are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. This contrasts greatly with other hospitals I have been to in Indiana.
Also the cafeteria is awesome and I really enjoyed the food and staff there as well.
