My wife and I (70 yrs, 84 yrs resp.) have used this hospital twice, once for pheumonia (wife) and once for a fall and swollen arm (self). We are very happy with the care and treatment the doctor and staff gave us. June 2019

I had a 10 minute seizure.... I take my seizure medication as directed... I woke up in the ER and was told to eat a bag of chips bc my sodium was a bit low... professional my azz.... Then I get billed 300ish dollars for being told to eat a bag of chips? Nope....

Great experience at check in & the EMS lady that helped once we were in the room was great but the ER doctor was not. Extremely unhappy with his service. He didnt even do an exam or look at his patient & we ended up going to the South clinic the next morning bc she had gotten so bad. Extremely dissatisfied with the doctor!!!!

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart drivers of the ambulance the emergency room staff and nurses that took care of me during my stay at St. Vincent Williamsport hospital. I was taking care of by the most professional efficient and caring staff at this hospital that I have ever met in my life. I entered the hospital in more pain that was ever imaginable after having laminectomy surgery a day prior. I am sorry that I cannot remember all the names of all the people that were involved in my care. But I do remember faces. From the time I entered the hospital that evening's to the day I left and went home the staff went into action to make sure that I was as comfortable and pain-free as soon as possible. Each and every one of these people had my care in mind anything I needed anything they could do for me they did. It was amazing that Inside this small town of Williamsport we have a hospital and staff That is just as efficient and as caring as any big city hospital. Again I want to thank these people from the bottom of my heart for everything and I mean everything that was done for me during my stay.

Felt like it was an inconvenience being there. The doctors didn't keep to the same treatment. Was admitted to the E.R. with expectations set and was told that he was wrong and the other physician would be changing it. Some nurses were fantastic, others did not like being there and being asked for clarifications of answers. Food was lacking as well.
