If I could give no stars, I would! I went to the emergency room there yesterday burning up with a fever, chills, sore throat, body aches, ALL FLU SIGNS. I was aching so bad I was in TEARS. They didn’t run a flu test, they pretty much laughed at me and told me to take some ibuprofen and sent me home. So I knew I had the flu and decided to go to boaz Er where what do you know, I was burning up and I have the flu. I’d seriously hate for anyone deathly sick to have to go to Oneonta emergency room because they would just laugh at you and send you home to die. Sorry but if you can’t thoroughly check out your patients and give them correct treatment you do NOT need to be a nurse or doctor. I wish I knew how to call and properly complain on them.

I absolutely love this hospital. They are always quick to respond to you and you or your family member is made to feel comfortable. The staff are always polite and friendly. The only time I have ever seen them be rude to anyone is when the patient demands medication for pain and tries to tell the staff how to do their jobs. Great Doctors and short wait time.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is very rude and quick to judge. They screwed up on me multiple times where I nearly lost my life and family members as well that have been there. If you want your life saved DO NOT go here. They deserve to be shut down. Maybe that will happen one day.

Some of the staff in E.R. and Med Surg are very rude. They are definitely not attentive. Place always feels nasty to me, smells unclean, public bathrooms are messy, and patients rooms do not get cleaned like they should.

I have relied on this hospital for 12 yrs. This is a super place. Down home place, and everyone that works there has a heart. This entire county+ replies on it. I recommend it to my Mom, she loves it.
