The service has been great for my mom. Rated a three for the quality of the food in cafeteria and how expensive it is for food. Having to pay full price for three meals a day gets expensive. Wished they had at least a discount card for sitters that stay with loved ones while they are in hospital. We help out a lot in caring for loved ones to make it easier on you guys. We should be able to afford to eat here while we stay. Disappointed.
Would give 5 if nurses came around to check up on patients a little more often! Usually don't see anyone (unless i call, that i don't like doing for everything little thing) sometimes 3 hours. Great, friendly, and caring staff!!

Family member admitted for extended stay for rehabilitation due to repair of broken hip. I spend 5 days here helping care for her. I am so impressed with the kindness, compassion and all around professionalism of the staff. The sweet folks that cleaned the room did excellent work. The dietary staff staff were so quick to bring a different item if we asked for it. The meals provided were well prepared and delivered with a smile. The RNs were precious: Madison, Haley, & Hazel showed pure loving care and were so patience even when we seems to be pressing that “call button” every 5 minutes. The case manager went above and beyond to keeps us informed about what needs we might have in the future. There is an obvious Godly spirit guiding the workers and medical staff here at St. Vincent’s Blount. I will never forget the kindness and love shown to my family. And they have free wi-fi.
Horrible place. Took my 5 month old daughter to the er last night for screaming and running a fever. Also mentioned she's had ring worm for 2 months now and her pediatrician won't prescribe her anything else. Doctor told me to change laundry detergent because that's how it spreads.😂😂 will never go there again.
I will die at home before I go back to this place. This hospital is a joke.
