Still waiting for surgery but the surgical staff seems nice. However, if I am just rating the admissions and pre authorization then it would be 1 star. They have been there biggest pain to deal with saying we owed money for the surgery even though we had met ALL out of pocket limits. Called 3 different days before the surgery and each day was disconnected, rerouted multiple times, told we would get a call back and finally after speaking to someone on the third day it seemed to be resolved. She didn't give me the"company answer" to everything... This is the most current insurance information and it's correct. She actually called our insurance and then called me back to say it was resolved and we owed nothing. All good right? No .. Show up to surgery and they tell us we need to pay again. We told them who we spoke to and they finally read the notes which said we didn't owe anything. Again, they kept giving us the company like... All the insurance info is correct. Well it can't be if they called and realized we didn't owe anything. Still having to resolve the previous visits bill... All while my husband is nervous as anything about this surgery. Completely RIDICULOUS and very disappointing how it's all been handled. I don't think I would want to ever come back if this is what we have to deal with to get a surgery done. They didn't even ask to see my husband's id when we checked in. Could be any one else at this point. Very frustrating.
