I delivered my baby here and I had the best experience. The team that cared for us was great and the food is reallly good too! Was nervous about choosing the right hospital but I'm glad to say I made the right choice.
I also went to the ER last year for kidney stones and they were nice, efficient and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I was hospitalized for 2 days and that team that cared for me was great too.
I had my thyroid removed at this hospital a few short weeks ago. While there, the nurses, doctors and even the cleaning staff were all gems. They took excellent care of me during my overnight stay. They even made sure my husband was comfortable during the stay as well. The facility was Very clean. I even received a get well soon/thank you card from the nursing staff about a week after my visit. The icing on the cake, was the food was delicious as well!
As much as you could 'like' a hospital...this place was great. Staff, personnel anyone we interacted with was amazing. The location is convenient, the building is bright, sunny well designed. Not crowded, plenty of parking. It's a great facility. I honestly wouldn't 'recommend' it to anyone because it's a hospital but compared to others in the area 100% it's good option.
Downfall would be the lack of Starbucks availability on the weekends.
They were giving away coffee this morning at the court house commuter lot. Very nice of them we love this hospital. Its the little things that makes this place grate. Thank you for the coffee☕
My wife and I had a our first child at Stafford Hospital recently, and we couldn't have been happier with the care we received. The nurses are hardworking and caring and the doctors are knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Also the food's not too shabby either. An all around wonderful experience. I realize there are many negative reviews on this place, please realize that most people are not in a hospital for a happy time in their life, and I believe memories of these terrible circumstances are often intertwined into their perception of the hospital they were experienced at.
