Avoid this place if you have an emergency. A family member went in with a loss of sight, and they told him it was a vision issue that he needed to see an ophthalmologist. Turned out, it was a mini stroke. Why a "hospital" ER couldn't figure that out, is beyond me. For other services like radiology -- they are great! But, billing is never correct. I paid cash in person to get the discount, and still had a bill the next month. They always say they will take care of it, but don't. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING if you have to go here. Go in person, make them write "paid in full" and file it away!

My sister and I are so thankful for everything you did for our dad after his stroke! From your admissions nurse, to therapy, doctor and aides. Everyone was warm and kind to us at a difficult time in our life. We were so relieved that you were there with the hospital in case of an emergency, which thankfully never happened. It was a comfort to us though to know we had round the clock medical care for him! We can’t begin to tell you what a relief it was to be there closer to our home and work!

Main hospital swing bed. 4 really good nurse's. My fiance was admitted here. A complete waste of time From day one the food was not nutritious. The meds came late, most of the employees don't like it there. And they gosipp about patients including my fiance. The things said were rude. If you are that unhappy helping people then find another job. Don't pass your bad attitude on to the ones needing help. Also don't make a patient wait to use the bathroom or bed pan then just leave them laying in it. And to the nurse or cna whatever you go by. Red afro yes you. Karma is watching you. I should of chewed you out and put you in your place. But God will cover that with you. Dr Northington I have no faith in you and don't feel as you gave 100% so thanks for nothing. So to anyone admitting a loved one here. Take my advice until this hospital makes a complete turn around don't bring them here please just don't do it. Didn't comment on ER I'm sure they are more caring.

The Dr on call to day was rude he got mad cause my son with special needs would not let him put the popsicle stick in his mouth but godly Dr he was really sick I even tried to tell him Caden could not hold any thing down and was throwing up blood .and he said if Caden colms down he would come back but he didn't . Next thing I know the nurse brings me the dis charge paper with 2 prictons like really what is wrong with my child. Dr

My child is with for the summer and the lady at the hospital said she couldn't file nc insurance and check was rude and acting mean tords me and my sick child my child had a cought and a 1 and 1 . 4 fever and she acted like the hospital wasnt goingto treat my child this is wrong and made me very upset
