I was admitted for 3 days, for a kidney infection when I was 17. Unfortunately that was over Halloween, but the nurses, doctors, and maintenance staff were some of the kindest people I’d ever met, and treated me like their own. I overall received excellent care, and they made sure the UTI was well treated before releasing me. They still tried to make it an enjoyable holiday for me, as well and for that I’m still very grateful.

If I can give this hospital 0 stars, I would. The worst hospital you can go too. Did not received good treatment. Nurses lack in knowledge. The nurses are also very rude and are not welcoming. I live in Attleboro MA but now I have to drive all the way to Boston, MA when I have an emergency because the poor quality of this hospital. It needs to be shut down or a new owner needs to take over. Also, they need to hire new nurses.

Wasn’t even offered water or ibuprofen after I was rushed by ambulance, from being rear ended in a car accident and complaining of pain! I clearly have a concussion too and all I was diagnosed with was whiplash. Seeing my primary care tomorrow!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn’t have been more rushed with the whole evaluation! UNREAL! UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never go to Sturdy again, and I will never let my family be in anyone’s care there! All I was offered was an ice pack and warm blanket. After a REAR END CAR ACCIDENT being hit at about 37 mph!?!?! I was there for over 3 hours!!!!!!

Hi, this is Matt from Norristown, PA. A friend/Business Partner of mines in Massachusetts got wrongfully committed into this Hospital against his own will!!! He did nothing wrong to get committed there. All my friend was doing was peacefully venting on a Prayer Line. And then the Prayer Line wrongly/unlawfully called the police on him. They committed him into the Sturdy Mental Hospital without him signing any papers. Then when I called the Hospital Saturday and Sunday, the hospital lied to me saying that they have released him, when he was still in the hospital. I also talked with my Massachusetts friend as well and he said that they also lied to his daughter, his son, and his friends saying that he have left the hospital. My Massachusetts friend also said that in order to get legally committed into an mental institution, the insane patient needs to sign about 30+ documents. The hospital has to know what you are allergic to and what you are not allergic to. So if the hospital forced my friend to take psychotic medications that he is allergic without him signing anything that he is allergic to, and he would die because of the allergic reaction, the hospital would then be held responsible. What this shows is that the hospital is doing malpractice of my Massachusetts friend. All this hospital is trying to do is make money off of malpractice situations and this hospital should be shut down.

Sometimes they are good but if you keep going back for the same infection month after month it should tell them treatment is not working. And maybe they should listen to the patient who knows their body most. Like if you know you need that second dose but they keep saying no. Well I was there every month for six months for the same god damn thing. Never going back. Quick care is a semi joke.
