M;y husband had knee replacement surgery a week ago and we found the care excellent . Hospital was clean, staff was attentive. I even stayed the night after surgery concerned the night staff would be sparse and my husband would have to wait for things I could do, but I need not have done that. When he called for bathroom or other assistance, it was prompt.Marva was the ward supervisor, nurses and their assistants attentive and professional.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital four days before Memorial Day I had a pulmonary embolism I did not know this at the time,I blacked out three different times before the ambulance came and got me at my residence. I was rushed to the ER where they were unable to stabilize me by conventional means my wife had to sign a waiver before they were able to administer a clot Buster it was explained to my wife that if I had a blood clot this would save me if I did not it would kill me I did in fact have a blood clot and it saved my life. I was sedated for 2 days I came too in the ICU Ward where the nurses took the best care of me that I could ask for I was able to go home a little over a week later. I want to thank the ER doctors the nurses in ICU and all the supporting staff that came to see me and kept me alive thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

So far no happy. We have been waiting in ER for 12 hours. No diagnosis and no room yet. My mother is ill and no definitive answers or reassurance that we are going to get this taken care of. Very disappointing.

Terrible conflict resolution here. Went for a appointment weeks ago had a appointment on 5/3/2018. I put my car into valet went to my appointment and walked out. Watched the parking attendant curb my car. I had just put wheels on my car on 5/2/2018. At the time I didn’t see any damage so I left. Went a mile down the street and when I parked my car I noticed curb rash on the wheel. This has been a on going process that has been going on for now weeks with no resolution. These were not even on my car for 24 hours. Now I just keep getting transferred from department to department with absolutely no help. I work in a service department and I know how this should be handled and this is not getting handled correctly. Absolutely terrible. Make the drive to Akron.

UPDATE: 5/29/2018- They are taking care of the wheel for me, and getting me a new wheel, since this post they were very helpful through the rest of the process

My mother-in-law has been in the ICU since Thursday night I've requested a nurse to call me back at least 2 times a day no one will. When I do get them on the phone after waiting minutes and or call me back in 15 minutes they are rude, insensitive and rush you off the phone. What happened to bedside manner? If I treated someone that way or didn't give anybody a call back from work I would get suspended and my actions would be watched by all my superiors. I can't help but wait to get her out of there and she will never go back there. If I had to change her nursing home so that she never goes back there I will. Horrible experience if I could give negative or zero Stars I would!
