Never received this level of care anywhere else and I've been to multiple hospitals. Sutter has always made me feel in good hands, ever since I had my appendix rupture and through their elite expertise I'm able to write this review. Thank you.

Don't be a veteran in pain, they will leave you in triage for hours screaming in pain.... the worst hospital I've experienced and I've been to a lot. Disgusted in how they treat veterans.

Unless you can plan your sickness two weeks prior to making an appt don't expect to see a doctor anytime soon. Our family of seven can never seem to get in to see our doctors. Certainly not in pediactics, they book their preventive check up appts months out and rarely have time to see a sick child. Nor for our selves either at the Plymouth pratice it regularly takes weeks to be seen. After years of being patients through Sutter the most effective way to be seen is just to go to the ER. If there was another provider in our area we would of switched years ago. The only thing they really seem care about is the making sure you fill out their questioneer sheets. I get those almost daily via the mail, email and text form.... What is the point of having a primary care physician if they never have appts avaliable within a 2 week span of calling? The ER staff themselves are great I wish they were our regular care providers.

Went in today for severe hip pain to the point I can barely walk. Told them my pain meds were not even touching the pain. My BP was 142/100 and I'm on BP meds it was that high because of my pain. They did a x-ray said nothing is broken and sent me home. They left me in a very uncomfortable wheelchair in triage when they had plenty of rooms available .They did nothing to get my pain level down.I did get a referral to orthopedic drs. Your nurse practitioner was awful.since when is ok to not help a patient in severe pain? Disgusted!
