Not sure why the reviews are not the best, this hospital was great. Was in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes before getting called in to surgery. The technicians explained everything before doing so and were very kind and personable. They also sent me a card saying they are wishing me the best on my health, very cute! Thank you for the great experience!

It was the first time I didn’t feel the need to be an advocate for my child while in a hospital. Everyone at Auburn Faith Hospital was that professional, that kind and that caring. I had total trust. I’ve raised 8 children, a couple with serious medical issues but never have I had such a positive experience. I am a very critical person and I can’t think of one moment I had an issue. Just walking through hospital halls where the staff smiles at you was reassuring. We live 30 miles away and chose to drive to Auburn Faith. Our local hospital is a “Treat ‘em & Street ‘em” that can’t be bothered. I love Auburn Faith!

I attempted to visit the Sutter urgent care next door to the hospital, however they closed earlier than their posted hours, and were sending their patients to the ER instead. I was too sick to drive to Roseville for care at a different urgent care. I went to the ER as recommended. The ER was very quiet and it only took a minute to be called back for care. I explained my condition (a cough that was not resolving) to the medical assistant. Minutes later I was taken for a chest x-ray. I was confused about why a chest x-ray had been ordered for such a minor illness. I had explaed that I was only there because their urgent care closed early (probably to attend their Labor Day BBQ). After I declined the x-ray the physician on duty came to speak with me. She agreed that an x-ray wasn't warranted, after speaking with me & said there was really nothing else they could do for me, other than prescribe a steroid inhaler. I was there maybe 45 minutes and spoke to the physician 5 minutes. I just received a bill for care, from the physician who is charging $639 for , quite frankly, very poor care (who orders a chest x-ray without even seeing a patient). My insurance covers 100% of ER visits has already paid over $2,000 to Sutter for this visit. I think Sutter scams our locals by regularly sending patients from the urgent care to the ER. Patients who really have no need for ER services, so they can get 10x the money from insurance companies and their customers. We are a small community with limited resources. What a rip-off.

Great surgery experience. When I went mostly unresponsive, the doctors and nurses (from what I heard) rushed to make sure my vitals went back up. Great staff and clean facilities.

This review is only about the cleanliness in the common areas. The floors and carpet need a good vacuuming and shampooing. Then need to be maintained. The elevator floors need a good ceaning. I have never seen hospital floors so dirty.
