Had total hip replacement on 08/01/2019. The operation went great. Post opp overnight; excellent doctors, excellent nurses, excellent room service staff, and tasty food. My mother stayed in the room with me on a provided cot. The ratings made me nervous at first! But overall nice, comfortable experience.

I just called today (07/30/2019) to ask them where is the Billing Dept at. The first phone called I was hung up on time 1;24 minutes the 2nd phone called was the same recording no one answer that one either time was 2;45 minutes. If your Hospital is so good then why don't you have any time to answer any of your phone calls. Oh, I forgot the night before is the Main issues not anyone else's issues that counts. You lost my Vote 4 real

I'm in the hospital now and because I'm going home tomorrow the doctor in her wisdom stopped my pain meds. Worst hospital ever

Had a bad experience with labor and delivery. They had one doctor on call and 13 other women including me were having babies. Felt like no one was checkin in on me, was in labor for almost 24 hours and ended up needing a csection. I was 10cm dilated but my cervix swelled up, probably did cause I was ready to deliver but had no nurse checkin in on me enough to guide me. I actually ended up going to the emergency room this Sunday for rib pain and had a better experience in the emergency department then I did in labor/delivery.

As much as I loved my obgyn, I had the WORST experience in the NICU for my newborn. The day shift nurses down there were absolutely rude and didn’t make you feel any sort of comfort that they will tend to your baby when you aren’t there. Nurses are super GOSSIPY & if you are a parent who brings up a concern with your child, you will be marked and none of the nurses will attempt to be kind to you. Having a child in the nicu is already difficult enough, the last thing you need is to worry about whether nurses will care for your preemie or ignore them as a way to take it out on the parents. Again, they love to sit around and gossip about parents and politics of work. Because of this I am switching networks. My next child will not go through what my firstborn went through.
