Syracuse VA Medical Center

Do they have phones? Apparently if they do, they are broken. They never answer and they never return a call. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I've been a patient here for five years now and I have no major complaints. I am here for all my specialty care (spinal cord injury) and I get seen promptly after arrival and check-in. Parking hasn't been too bad though they could use some more handicapped parking in the garage.

The VA system in Syracuse has been treating real well since I've been coming here. I even had my right knee totally replaced and the aftercare had been incredible. I cannot sing songs about them any louder.

This hospital sucks. My father came here from a transfer from another hospital. He was suppose to have testing done when he got here. The next day they said he was going to have the test done today well now they are not doing them until tomorrow. They are not letting him eat or drink anything. They are mad his suger is high. What do they think if they won't let him eat or drink anything. The staff is rude and don't come in to check on the patient. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone!

Along with their partnership upstate medical research hospital it's been a wonderful experience
