Yesterday we rushed my six year old to urgent care. Trying to make it there on time as we knew it closed at six. She had a fever and puking in a bag in the back seat. We get there at 5:30.. and the doors are already locked! On the same locked door it says open until 6pm on Sundays. I was livid. I don’t care if you want to get off early. If you don’t close until 6 you should see patients until 6!

They usually do a good job here and have good mannerisms about them. I wasn't extremely happy my last visit as I got there at 8 o'clock when they opened but the doctor wasn't there yet. I know that happens but kind ogmf irritating. When he did show up, they got me back quickly, saw me, and got me out quickly.

It didn't take as long as I thought it would to be seen. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and outgoing! The doctor and the nurses were equally nice.

I went to this Urgent Care care three times in the span of two weeks, and feel that I WAS NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY. The first two visits were for care for an asthmatic bronchitis flareup (one for initial diagnosis/treatment the other for a follow-up). I was given a prescription of antibiotics instead of the typical steroids that I receive to treat it, and was denied a breathing treatment as it would have "raised my heart rate." (I have dealt with asthma since I was about 10, and I know how to treat my own asthma and its flareups.) The third was for what I thought was an initial sinus infection a week later, was told I had a virus (doctor did not specify) and I was finally given steroids, but progressively got worse and developed a horrible cough that would leave me gasping for air with each fit. I had to go to the ER nearby to finally feel better. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
