Excellent professional service. The intake staff was very helpful and kind. (Kelly/Kellie needs a gold star and a day off). They helped me out and for being as busy as they were it didn’t feel like I was there that long. All said and done in and out with X-Rays and discharge about 2 hours. This included waiting in the lobby and getting initial vitals and patient information. The nurses and doctors acted professionally throughout the entire process. They make you feel comfortable as much as possible. Thanks again everyone.

A few weeks ago around 5am in the morning i was rushed to the hospital by ambulance because i was having a hard time breathing an contractions at the time i was 32 weeks pregnant in alot of pain when i got there the nurses where not helpful at all never asked was i okay did i need anything or any help they just pointed me to the bathroom an sat down when i got in a room i was put on a monitor to listen to my baby heart beat they still never talk to me my nurse walked out came back a hour later said i was good to go home i started crying because of how i was treated an felt like they did not do there best to make me feel comfortable so i asked for the charge nurse an she was no better i told her i was unhappy an disappointed because i have to deliver my baby here in a few weeks an I'm not sure if i even want to anymore because of how i was treated she said she would talk to the nurse but i still feel uneasy with giving birth there i have been looking into other hospitals because i don't want nothing to happen to my child or me because they don't care an are very rude i never felt so unwanted in my life an i never want to feel that way again my doctor who will be delivering my baby said that he would make sure i was taking care of an he is a really good doctor but I'm still not happy an it's been weeks an it still on my mind I'm now 35 weeks so i pray i get better service else this won't be the end of it you should not treat anyone in that manner especially a pregnant woman like my self .

Worst facility ever. To be seen quickly or to get a room. You literally have to say your having chest pain or shortness of breath smh. I was admitted 7 days and still don’t know what caused me being hospitalized. I was given all types of medication for things that I did not need. Diagnosed incorrectly and still have no answer as of 7/20/19. I could literally have cancer and wouldn’t know cause I never got results from my pathological report. Staff at the front desk can be very unprofessional. They will literally triage you have you sit in the waiting area for hours!! I will never go here again.!

Becky, in pre-admission testing, was professional, kind & patient. I appreciated how well she handled my aunt and wish to recognize her excellence. Thank you
