We we're in Texas for a much needed vacation after my oldest daughter had brain surgery on 3/11/19. We we're transported from one hospital that preformed all of the test to this hospital due to the first one did not have a neurosurgeon. We arrived early this morning and my daughter had been admitted, it is 10:30 pm and we have never seen a surgeon yet today even though my daughter's condition can go really bad fast. She has a VP shunt which is a tube in her brain that drains fluids from her brain to keep her alive. As I've said we're from out of state in 23 yrs of hospitals I have never had to have an option of myself or one of my kids to sleep on a germ infested hospital floor. Where is the professionalism, my daughter's life lays on the line I know it's the weekend but really this isn't a hotel no one wants to here.

I just spent a week at this hospital the medical team along with everyone that worked there was the nicest group of people and most professional I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend.

This is a review of labor and delivery and the mother/baby unit. I just gave birth a few days ago and need to give praise where it’s due. My anesthesiologist, Kat, was incredible. Absolutely amazing. I had a planned c-section that turned out to be more difficult than expected. She literally held my hand the whole way- did everything she could to comfort me and talk me through each step. I felt like I was safe in her hands. She was a god send. After delivery, in the mother/baby unit, I had more issues arrive that were scary for me. Every single nurse I had during my stay made me feel taken care of and listened to. Sonya, Ahron, Jordyn, and Teresa- you ladies are what nursing is all about. These women are in the medical field for the right reasons, because they are compassionate and want to help. I applaud each one of you. Thank you for making a touch delivery and recovery a little bit better!!!!!

The worst billing experience I've had with a medical provider. After paying my bill in full months after my procedure, I get an updated bill saying I owe more money.None of the mailed statements have the charges broken down, you have to request an itemized statement. It feels like no matter if you pay off your balance, they're are going to raise the total so that you will be paying them forever. Broken system!

The midwife and nurses were amazing! Everyone acted fast, encouraged and supported me, and helped me with breastfeeding. I was taken care of well along with our newborn. Everyone was respectful, professional, and personable.
