I had a knee replacement at this hospital. The staff was wonderful and professional. They answered my calls for help efficiently. They worked to manage my pain. The food was better than most hospitals and it was hot. I felt like I had a team to help me through this surgery.

I felt that the Dr did not take my sisuation seriously If I'm ever choking on anything I would never trust this dr again.Felt like no one except the X-RAY tech cared about how I felt. Their are others in the ER that are good people but their are some who need to go. .....

This ER is horrible. Long wait times and you get shoved in a room just to wait even longer. Was there over 2 hrs before being seen. I would drive to another ER but I would also like an ER in my town worth my time. Especially when it comes to my children.

I came in with excruciating pain, due to complications of gall bladder removal, from the day before. I was out of my head with pain, scolded by a doctor and nurse, told there was nothing to be done, that it was just nerve pain, and to roll from side to side, and breathe. The doctor told me to be quiet, that I was disturbing the other patients, and I was treated like someone just looking for pain pills. I got there very early, but my family was told that my surgeon could not be reached. They just assumed since I am under a Dr care for pain management, that I just wanted pain pills and treated me very disrespectfully . Even when I finally was given a room, the nurses were assuming I was an addict. When Dr Frano finally was contacted and got there, she took me back to surgery and drained a lot of blood. Nobody was paying attention to why I was there. They just didn't want to help me, but my daughter and husband intervervened. Very shoddy service from start to finish. Even the ambulance attendants did not seem concerned and I pretty much was ignored by them. I was blamed for my condition by the staff on duty that morning, and by the nurses who were supposed to be taking care of me.

ER sucks but is improving the rest of the hospital is great. I'm in there a lot unfortunately and I've gotten used to it.
