They always treat my mother-in-law with tender loving care. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to say THANK YOU to Kasi in ER and Deann in ICU. Friendly and professional staff: TEXAS HEALTH HARRIS METHODIST HOSPITAL CLEBURNE.

Just because it is name Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital does not mean they know what they are doing or maybe it’s just the ER crew that work on 4/10/19 around 1200 pm.

My mother arrive there yesterday after a car accident in an ambulance. They check her vitals and and did some cat scan. During the time they were doing her procedures they were asking her about $$$ even though she has insurance. Maybe her English is limited and she was still in pain and did not receive any pain medications until we asked multiple times. So she got discharge with a fracture t7,L1,L2 no neck brace or any brace and some prescription for her medicine and they finally gave her 2 vial of morphine.

We left cleburne and took her to the Harris in downtown ftw. They said her oxygen and blood pressure was low because she was over medicated. She got admitted to that location and perform mri on her back and waited for a neurologist to decide her next step.

Imagine if we would of took her home with all that morphine in her system and add some codiene what would of happen.

This location in cleburne should not exist. Maybe there something wrong with the demographic there. I’m a disable vet and attend the VA hospital routinely and I think the VA has better service than this place

This place is amazing! I delivered my 3rd baby here and the staff was more than incredible and the experience was awesome. This is a very crunchy hospital as far as OB goes.

We arrived to the wound section of the building, at the desk we waited app. 10 minutes to sign in and no one was there. I decided to call the number on the desk and suddenly some one show up. There where only one patient ahead of us and they were called into their room, about 15 minutes later we were called and taken to a room to realize the patient before us were sharing the same room with only one curtain between us. We felt there was no privacy, we can hear their conversation and they can hear ours. We felt that ours and the other patients privacy was invaded.
