One of the worst hospitals we have ever been, they are all inexperienced in handling insurance/billing related issues. We have PPO (United)coverage with $1500 as our deductible, the physicians office charged us $2500 prior to the delivery as our deductible was higher earlier this year and changed from the month of June. The reason for the charge they said is they want to cover the deductible first, 4 months before the delivery which we paid upon their request (Physicians office is the same building). Our delivery was in August and after the delivery they asked to pay the deductible to the hospital for which I was very irritated as we already paid extra and I submitted the receipt near the registration. They still have the receipt with them, but they keep sending us a bill now in the amount if 1500$ and when I call they don't even try to understand the problem and they simply deny having any receipt at all. Which is completely ridiculous, I submitted it myself. They want us to pay this 1500 as our deductible was not met on top of the 2500 which we already paid. Now we end up paying $4000 towards delivery charges where our deductible is just $1500. Now, I keep explaining to everyone and they just send me round and round, I already called 4 different providers for this issue and its still the same, The hospital staff is playing games and still wants us to pay 1500 more. I just want to ask you guys, how can you cheat your patients by saying you want to collect the deductible before the delivery?? which we agreed and paid 3 months before our due date as we don't want unexpected charges and how can you still ask to pay $1500 more?? and simply deny having any receipt? So we have to pay $4000 towards our delivery charges where our deductible is $1500??

Hands down the best staff! Unfortunately I have to visit them least 4 times a year with severe asthma attacks. But the stuff here makes it as stress free as possible. Doctors and nurses always keep you informed of what’s going on, make you feel comfortable and take amazing care of you! Really friendly and warm staff! You never have to wait longer than a couple of minutes, even if it’s the simplest request. They go above and beyond ! I highly appreciate every and single one them, they put in such hard work every single day!!

I had outpatient surgery yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone from registration to all of the day surgery nurses, technicians, and the anesthesiologist were courteous, happy, and very thorough. It really makes a huge difference when people enjoy their work, and this really came through in everyone that helped me.

Worst place to have a baby. I had my first baby 7/11/19 and it has been a nightmare. My baby does not exist in the state of Texas because the hospital failed to do the right paperwork for her. No birth certificate and no social security. I have gone to the hospital because they somehow messed up documents and didn't add her father on anything. & we had to go sign some papers,(they noticed almost a month later only because i took my daughter for some blood work i hope they didn't lose that too) you would expect for things to be fixed and it's still not fixed. They are expecting me to do their job for them or something and act confused every time i call and i don't get a call back from them with a solution. This is going nowhere and i cannot even get medicaid for my baby and have been paying for her doctor visits out of pocket, and i am not even working right now . This is the worst nightmare thanks to this Hospital !
