I had my daughter here a couple years 2016 ago and the er staff got me up to L&D right away !
The L&D nurses were amazing in every possible way and made my delivery so much more comfortable than I could imagine despite my pain from contractions, the Chaplin at the time was a lady and she came in at the perfect time to pray over me! This was truly the best hospital experience I’ve ever had . My daughter was born on September 21st and I remember they said they had every room for L&D full I never did end up moving from that room but it didn’t bother me . It was a full house that day literally but they all were so hands on and explained things very well and made me feel comfortable. I was actually suppose to deliver at another hospital!! The nurses I had back then were brandy, Mandy and April
Also one of them was actually pregnant at the time but she was super helpful. God bless these people !

Came here in Extreme pain on my right side, they were quick and the whole staff had such kindness! I am now 7 months pregnant and I had a severe kidney infection and kidney stones. I was hospitalized for a couple of days I got to meet Dr. Olsen and she was completely wonderful extremely knowledgeable as well. Y’all will be seeing me again in 2 months but this time I’ll be leaving with my baby boy!

Never had a bad experience - staff, doctors have been helpful and gracious each visit. Police presence did not leave me feeling uncomfortable, a bit unusual - but they have a job to do, too; and they didn't leave me feeling inappropriate, a little safer, if anything. Each time I've had to visit emergency services, they (staff, doctors, nurses, etc) were efficient to provide adequate information and services as needed.

My daughter got a bad laceration to her lip from our new puppy and we spent three hours at this hospital's emergency room. We waited one hour with my daughter bleeding in the lobby, another hour in another room before we finally walked out as their "surgeon" had gone to bed. As we were driving away, I was stopped by a nurse who stated we needed documents to supposedly help get us get admitted faster at the Children's Health ER in downtown Dallas; waiting another 45 minutes did nothing for us except give them more justification to charge more for doing nothing for my daughter. Children's Health never looked nor wanted these "transfer" docs; moreover, my daughter received one bag of ice the whole time we were there at Presbyterian and were charged $800+. Children's Health took some time, but their on-call surgeon, now after 2 AM, arrived in 45 minutes and took his time during the surgery to do amazing job. After this experience, I will never go to Texas Health Presbyterian and don't advise anyone else to do so either!!

I would definitely recommend this hospital. I didn’t have to wait long at all, maybe 15 minutes even though they said they were very busy that night. The officer outside walked us all the way into the emergency room and showed us exactly where to go. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor explained everything that was done and why. I was very impressed.
