Worst wait time ever at a ER! Waited at least two hours in waiting room waiting to get in a room to see a dr. No one was in the waiting room when we got there then the crowd started flowing in. A lady came in and vomited at least two times during this time period before staff took her back. Was not easy to keep our stomachs settled after this. We understand there are cases that must be seen before us but either this hospital needs more staff or needed to call more staff in due to the number of patients! The tech/nurse that took my husbands vital was not pleasant in the least. Looked like she hated her job! We ended up leaving and going to Baylor ER and immediately was seen by a DR and put in a room! This place is super nice and well staffed! Please rethink going to the Texas Health Presbyterian ER - Rockwall!!

Medical staff stuck a needle in my arm 5 times without consent... I’d stay away unless you are asking to be hurt. Quick Note: I’m 34 and never consented to medical treatment. Their staff stuck me multiple times with no regard for my health or well being. Enter at your own risk.

We delivered our child here Friday. Care has been excellent throughout. Dr. Olsen was great from our initial visit throuythe delivery. Nursing staff in L&D (Rebecca, Janet, Dedra, and Robin) were all super attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the nursery nurses, April, Judy, and Linda. They assisted and answered questions regarding the baby and many breastfeeding related things. In the mother baby Dept, Laurie, Victoria, Jennifer, and Theresa were all extremely patient, informative, and caring. I commented on their great attitudes and obvious competence to my wife many times during our stay. We are thankful for such a great staff in a local hospital.

I absolutely love this hospital! This hospital delivered my sweet little baby boy. The labor and delivery nurses were soo sweet and attentive to me. There's one nurse in the L&D dept (I can't remember her name) but she is so caring. She gave me my IV and the spot she stuck me in hurt a lot. I told her I was hurting and she quickly moved it. She felt bad for the pain. I told her it's ok it's just that one spot. She got another nurse to administer my IV and it went smoothly. She also let me hold on to her when I got my epidural. My husband gets sick easily so he didn't want to be there when they gave it to me. So she helped me out and kept me calm. My delivery went smoothly as well as the nurses who cared for both me and my baby kept us both comfortable. I'm so happy for this hospital! I've always been treated with kindness from Texas Health hospitals. So I will definitely keep using this hospital or at least this type of hospital (Texas Health)
