We delivered our child here Friday. Care has been excellent throughout. Dr. Olsen was great from our initial visit throuythe delivery. Nursing staff in L&D (Rebecca, Janet, Dedra, and Robin) were all super attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the nursery nurses, April, Judy, and Linda. They assisted and answered questions regarding the baby and many breastfeeding related things. In the mother baby Dept, Laurie, Victoria, Jennifer, and Theresa were all extremely patient, informative, and caring. I commented on their great attitudes and obvious competence to my wife many times during our stay.
We are thankful for such a great staff in a local hospital.

We have never had a quick appointment at this hospital. Our pediatrician uses this hospital, so we have to come here for blood draws and tests and have never been in/out in less then 1.5 hours. Today, we were recommended for a consult with a lactation specialist and were told the specialist could see us right away. Well, she may have been able to see us right way but we needed to go thru the hospital registration process first, which is going on 50+ minutes. If it wasn't due to our pediatrician, who is absolutely amazing, we would never come back to this hospital, ever. If you do plan on going, block aside at least 3 hours for a simple procedure (blood draw) because it will take a couple hours to get back to the doctor.

This is the best Hospital Emergency room in the all of DFW metroplex. This is the only Hospital I trust. I have been coming here for years. The emergency rooms are always clean, the services are always fast, organized, welcoming, friendly and I never feel rushed. Great doctors and nurses.

Thank you Lya!! (my emergency room nurse) I came in with half of my face swollen like a balloon, and she was super friendly, helpful, and had an awesome attitude. Also, David and his assistant who did my CT scan were very nice. Michael in the ER was very helpful!!! My overall visit was great, except for the "emergency" part lol.

I was left with terrible wound after lacerated intestines from hysterectomy(molly mcStravick) 6 weeks wound vac, 6 weeks pic line, 82k med bills, and then had to have another surgery from large hernia(they stapled instead of stitched)caused by surgery. On my follow release from surgery, Molly informed me that I was released to have sex , I had a wound vac on. Really? This was after they informed me I owed $ 324 that day. Nightmare experience and 2 years later still having issues. Wish they would allow photos here. Do your research. I have a scar the size of a coke can from it. I’m still getting bills and they applied unpaid insurance balance to my credit within 4 months. I actually paid for my hysterectomy up front.
