feedback about Texas Orthopedic Hospital
My husband was diagnosed with a rare bone disease and our experience with all the staff we encountered during our journey through surgery, overnight stay, to checkups and casting has been amazing. Dr. Bennett and his nurse Susan have made everything about the process a breeze. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
In an age where "customer service" has disappeared....TOH is a shining example of what it looks like. EVERYONE I had contact with was warm and welcoming. I felt safe, secure, and well taken care of.
Dear Management: please keep taking care of your employees! They are awesome!!!!
This was the best EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A HOSPITAL. Every person in this hospital was so knowledgeable at the jobs. And the food was awesome i didn't want to leave. And I especially want to so thanks to Nurse Lesli post surgery pain specialist, Nurse Linda admitting nurse, Dr Goytia the magic man ,Post surgery nurse Alma,Nurses aid Sharon and RT YOLANDER Scuba Steve anesthesiologist, !!THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS.
I've been coming to TOH for 14 years for pain management. Dr. Doctor's expertise at pain management has enabled me to enjoy my life. Cannot even imagine life without him. Of course, he would be nothing without his wonderful staff, especially Yolanda and his PA Mary Ellen. They run the show and run it smoothly. Yolanda is such a caring person and works tirelessly on your behalf. The staff at TOH is just as good. Those nurses have been working there as long as I've been going! That says a lot about the environment Texas Orthopedic promotes. Those nurses are happy and I want happy nurses!
Dr. Uday Doctor, has been my pain doctor for a number of years. He is sensitive to the patient's pain level and truly interested in delivering quality medical care. Dr. Doctor is by far one of the very best doctors I have ever used in my 70 years. This post is to recognize Dr. Doctor not Texas Orthopedic Hospital.
