The attention and the skills of all personnel, especially the ICU nurses, were awesome and constant after my surgery. Thank you TMC!! You guys are great!

I recently had to go to the ER two nights in a row for my pregnancy and being really sick. Nurse Ashley, Nurse Allison, and Robin with the information cart were absolutely amazing. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and truly concerned for me and my needs. They acknowledged my husband and son and made sure they were comfortable as well during the time we had to be there. Of all the emergency rooms we have ever had to go to this one was by far the most humane and full of concerned staff. I had read some of the reviews prior to going and was a bit nervous by them. The staff exceeded all expectations and have noww sent us home feeling so much better and with all the information we need to follow up with. Thanks to the amazing staff of Texoma Medical Center, we have found our new go to destination for medical emergencies. I'll leave a review on the maternity ward in about 7 months 😉

I came here to get help with severe abdominal pain on my right side as well as my lower back. My husband and child was with me. They took me to room 26 and asked me to get undressed. Seconds later someone knocked and my husband was standing by the door and he told them to wait because I was not ready. Then they proceeded to push on the door really hard to get in, they finally gave up and ststed they would be back in a minute. I was having trouble getting my pants off because of the pain so my husband had to step away from the door to help me then a man just walked into our room and saw me naked. My husband and I were furious. I immediately got dressed and left to go to the ER in McKinney

Entire hospital staff from cleaners to servers to nurses to doctors were very careing and obvious that they were concerned with patient well-being and not just 'clocking time' like many hospitals. Food was much better than expected though 'super' beds leave something it be desired with their constant movement. If I need hospital service in the future I will definitely return to TMC

Staff are very accommodating. Young lady went out of her way to personally take me exactly where I needed to go. ALL the staff I came across were friendly, had kind words and that made me proud of my hometown, beats the BIG city anyday. Way to go....
