I recently had to go to the ER two nights in a row for my pregnancy and being really sick. Nurse Ashley, Nurse Allison, and Robin with the information cart were absolutely amazing. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and truly concerned for me and my needs. They acknowledged my husband and son and made sure they were comfortable as well during the time we had to be there. Of all the emergency rooms we have ever had to go to this one was by far the most humane and full of concerned staff. I had read some of the reviews prior to going and was a bit nervous by them. The staff exceeded all expectations and have noww sent us home feeling so much better and with all the information we need to follow up with. Thanks to the amazing staff of Texoma Medical Center, we have found our new go to destination for medical emergencies. I'll leave a review on the maternity ward in about 7 months ;)

Staff are very accommodating. Young lady went out of her way to personally take me exactly where I needed to go. ALL the staff I came across were friendly, had kind words and that made me proud of my hometown, beats the BIG city anyday. Way to go....

My faith in TMC & the staff at TMC Denison is solid. I came into TMC er after suffering extreme pain for several days...it wasnt a pleasant experience but I dont know how they could have made it more comfortable. I have a lot of issues besides the physical pain I was enduring- extreme trust issues, anxiety etc. I thought I might be dieing. And a doctor or the nurse from labs or the patient next door might be the one to make sure I do 😂- yeah those kind of trust issues. I know Im such a whimp! But my ER nurse assured me I wasnt going to die on her watch! That warmed my heart & made me smile- at least on the inside. I ended up having to stay 5 nights & even have whats considered a minor surgery. Ive never had surgery before or stayed overnight in a hospital. I would never have considered letting anyone put me under or cut on me but I was in a lot of pain so I decided to let go and let these people care for me. They did a wonderful job. They bolstered my faith in TMC & the community in general. I cant emphasize the positive impact this hospital visit / experience has had on me. It brings tears of gratitude to my eyes. I remember many names & faces but I dont want to forget anyone. A special shout out to all of my nurses (came into ER, spent first night on 7, last four nights on 5)- thank you so much! Thank you nurses, thank you labs, thank you transport, thank you cafeteria/kitchen/food delivery, thank you housekeeping, thank you doctors, thank you surgeon. You are a great team! I wish I could be a part of such an awesome team. Thank you so much. Best wishes to all.

This place billed me 4 times for the same visit! When I called to correct it, they say "it's already went to collections and there is nothing they can do about it."
To bill someone 4 times for the same visit is extreme. Do not give this place your SSN. This hospital needs to be shut down and investigated.

To protect my credit, I do not go to the hospital any more.

The best thing about this place was my starbucks visit. The ER visit was a bit unnerving Can't believe they don't even wear gloves. Very scary.
