Amazing hospital! Family member had open heart surgery and we couldn’t have been in a more competent and caring facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and always eager to go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We are all so grateful for the immense amount of compassion shown to us by everyone from the parking staff outside to when you walk in the lobby. We are always met with a smile and warm welcome. This is an amazing facility and we couldn’t recommend it enough!

Awesome, awesome hospital. I can't say enough good things about this place. The level of care received from the surgeons, nurses, technicians and others was absolutely exemplary. Everyone we dealt with truly seemed to care about the well being of their "guests" and their families.

The hospital and staff are overall good. They do diagnose, treat and handle themselves professionally.
My only complaint is when I went to the ER room to treat my extreme migraine, (which is now gone thanks to this hospital) they kept telling me this is a heart hospital- while working on me. This vibe gave me the assumption that they didn’t want me there.

But I did call in advance to ask if I can be seen at this hospital- which I explained to both the doctor and nurse once there.
I was told ‘yes’ over the phone and please come in. I go in- they looked at me as if I were from Mars after I told them about my migraines, I’m pregnant and fatigue.
I was “reminded” about 5 times, which is unnecessary. It is even on my discharge papers that this is a heart hospital and if pain increases seek a neurologist.

Even though they did a great job relieving my pain- just spare the speech and seek another hospital if you have another illness besides heart/chest pain.

Wow there are no words. Majority of the nursing staff on the top floor is horrible! Treat the patients like trash whenever they think you won't say anything. Make snide remarks if you complain. Doctors and nurses contradict each other. They keep people alive but do not show compassion or empathy. Night nurses are worse! Do NOT leave someone alone with this staff! There are a few good eggs, but few and far between. Also, they where telling us he was having severe anxiety. A night nurse literally got in his face over and over again when ever he said he couldn't breathe. She would raise her voice like a drill Sargent and once almost put him into another heart attack. We kicked her out and demanded another nurse. Later found out he had over two liters of fluid in his lungs. From the moment that nurse got repromanded, majority of the other nurses treated us horribly. The staff on the second floor was nice!!
