I went to the ER for severe stomach pain. Dr. R. Saunders was amazing. She was professional, very nice, explained everything & answered our questions. When I arrived I also didn't wait long. The nurse and staff I saw were great. I was feeling so terrible and they helped me to feel calmer. The nurse had patience and was kind and did her job to help me as she could. She also explained things such as meds I was given and what was going to be done. It was not crowded when I arrived so that may have helped but I can honestly say it was the best ER experience I've had. I definitely felt as if they cared and they really did want to help me. When I was discharged I was still feeling pretty terrible but I had more information about what might be going on and a prescription to help me until I could get to my doctor.

Rating for ER only. Dr. Eugenia is a complete joke. Multiple times I have been to this ER and pretty much told I have gas. I have had major stomach pains, kidney pain, lost 20lbs in 2 weeks. Something is wrong. This last visit on Sunday I was thrown in a bed in the operation recovery room, left for 20 min. I saw the Dr. long enough for her to put a stethoscope to my stomach and order me a GI cocktail (it actually made me feel worse). Sent me in a prescription for pepcid and zofran. She didn't even take a urinalysis or do any tests.

Worthless place, took my wife to their ER having a severe allergic reaction and they made her wait two hours with zero people ahead of her. By the time they seen her she was swelled and barely able to breathe and they had the nerve to bill it as a non-life threatening visit so insurance wouldn’t even cover it. Sorriest bunch of people I’ve ever seen.

One of the nurses in the ER today was very rude and judgemental. This is the worse ER in the world. They don't care about the patient or the family with the patient. They should be shut down. This place deserves negative stars. My son wasn't even able to finish diagnosis, because of this rude and judgemental nurse.

I've had several visits here everyone has been helpful. They offer tons of services and even do MRIs here. Very good small hospital.
