I’m in love with this place! They have been so amazing to me and understanding! They have gave me excellent care!! The doctor and all the nurses have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable I would choose this hospital over baptist in Beaumont and st e! I’ve been to them all and this place is by far the best! I was so skeptical about going here especially with having Medicaid but they’ve treated me better than I’ve ever been treated besides when I had my c section but I’m here for a miscarriage and they’re amazing

At this time I really would like to share yet I'm afraid my parent's care will be affected............. let's see what happens. On 10/26/18 found out his D.N.R. WAS NOT HONORED!!!!! The hospital claims they didn't know he had one. Now since he's on a respirator the hospital has to treat him. Also, its very likely he'll NOT recover. So tell me, how many stars should I give???? On 10/27/18 he was taken off the respirator for close to 4 hrs. before taking his last breathe.

Was told that they would discuss prices with me in the emergency room, and when I left they said they didn't know how much it would cost and wouldn't give me an estimate. Turns out that the x-rays cost over $2200 there where it would cost about $30 elsewhere, and they won't even look at x-rays from somewhere else.
Not to mention that the doctor said it was his first day, and got rid of me without showing me my xrays. That does not inspire confidence.

Fiance has post surgery infection from 3 days ago. Been waiting 5 hours in pain with no meds and no real contact. Don't even have blood pressure or pulse monitors on. We're unhooked for bathroom and never reconnected. All we know is rapid high white blood cell count and that's from triage. If could take to another hospital i would but can't move her now. Considering going to sit on side of road and call ambulance to take to Beaumont. Thats sad. This place is horrible tonight!

within 30secs. of entering emegency room nurses took my wife to deliver our baby. and

We had a great experience at this hospital. The nurses that delivered the baby Michellle who works at the NICU even went the extra mile and drove to our home on her Day off and gave my wife an electric breast feeding pump.

There has been great improvement in service at this hospital compared to a few years back.

Rebeca, Lacie, Michelle, and all the nurses at the NICU are dedicated and professional.

Labor and delivery department also 5stars. The Neonatology doctor that travels from Dalton Georgia is an excellent doctor.
