The most friendly staff I have ever come across. From the moment you walk in until you leave, they make you feel comfortable. They answered any and all questions that we had. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I went to the emergency room with severr pain. Everyone there from the security guard to the doctor were friendly and very caring. They even called the next day to check on me. I felt like I was well taken care of.

They found one thing out wrong with my husband and as soon as they seen that his insurance is something they dont take they discharged him right away. And pretty much called it quites on helping a patient.

I gave two points only because a doctor in their ER helped my son. I went to the ER four or five times w/in the span of one month because: (1) the soonest I could get an appointment with my regular doctor was over a month away, and (2) I was in excruciating pain. I had a pinched nerve in my neck. The NP, Glen Carbo, told me the ER was not a place for "chronic" problems. I told him about my having to wait to see my regular doctor. He raised his voice at me and said, "Not my problem". I was in agonizing pain and this guy was being an absolute jerk. I told him I was suffering; that I had no control over the appointment date I was given with my GP but to everything I said he just kept saying louder and louder “Not my problem”. At one point I looked over at the nurse and she looked shocked. I felt traumatized. This was a horrible experience.
